O hotel tem uma localização óptima, o staff é atencioso e simpático e o pequeno almoço embora caro, tem uma variedade óptima e muito boa qualidade. Fiquei bastante desiludida e descontente com o facto de não guardarem as malas depois do check out, nunca em nenhum hotel em que fiquei, me tinha acontecido.

Quarto sem possibilidade de ventilação por janela e o ar resfriava pela manhã, porém aquecia muito após 23:00, ficando o sono interrompido por excesso de aquecimento no quarto. Sugerido disponibilizar ao menos sabonete em barra e touca para banho. Sem nenhum sabonete na pia e conseguido somente na primeira noite, sendo dito pela recepção estar indisponível. Precisamos de taxi de Amsterdã para Haia por cancelamento de trem, recepcionista nos contactou um táxi prontamente confirmando que o valor ficaria de 100 a 120 euros, porém nos foi cobrado mais de 170 euros pelo motorista.

I'm happy to learn you were happy with your overall stay. However I'm sorry to hear you the room temperature was not comfortable to you. Our system heats or cools for the whole building in regard to outside temperature. Please do always feel free to ask our assistance to make the temperature more comfortable. Also if you are missing any things like soap just let us know. My apologies for the fact the price for your taxi was not as you were informed. Although it is just an indication this is off course not the kind of service we strive to deliver. I will make sure to discuss this with the taxi company. Our prices are competitive for the city of Amsterdam and especially for our unbeatable location. Prices in Amsterdam are unfortunately generally considered quite high. The size of the room can be considered as 'small', which is often the case in Amsterdam. I fully understand your disappointment if you were expecting a large room. Unfortunately we can't change the size of the rooms. If you're looking for a larger room, you're more likely to find an appropriate room outside the city centre. Esse Íbis deixou a desejar na limpeza do apartamento, um dia saímos mais tarde do apartamento e solicitamos que limpassem o mesmo, o atendente foi grosso dizendo que tinham o controle e limpariam mais tarde coisa que não ocorreu. Além disso colocaram roupa de cama com marcas de batom em minha cama.

Quarto limpo e confortável. Localização excelente. Como ponto negativo destaco que se ouve o barulho do movimento dos trens na estação ferroviária.

O Hotel tem localização perfeita. Quarto perfeito! Na chegada foi bem atendido e uma moça com características orientais foi muito ágil, parando por aí o bom atendimento. Precisamos falar na recepção e o atendente foi pouco atencioso! Mas o pior foi quando da saída do hotel. Pagamos por checkout estendido e saímos do quarto as 17. Éramos um grupo pequeno. Ao esperar na recepção para ir à estação fomos questionado o motivo de não ir embora. A pessoa que peso ser a management disse inclusive que ali não era lugar pra ficar e que podia mandar a gente sair se ela quisesse! Depois se arrependeu e mudou o discurso. Fomos distratados! Uma pena o hotel bom com atendimento ruim. Preço e custo benefício ótimo. Café da manhã muito caro quase 20 euros! Cobram até por água quente na máquina da recepção. Lobby do hotel pouco acolhedor!

Muito boa localização, atendimento excelente e ambiente muito agradável! O banheiro é bem pequeno, quase lembra o Ibis Budget, mas o quarto e demais instalações do hotel são muito boas.
