Hotel muito bem localizado. Os quartos são um pouco pequenos mas muito asseados. A casa de banho devia ser maior, em especial junto à sanita. O hotel não tinha um computador público disponivel, o que seria uma mais valia. O staff é simpático.

Este hotel é muito bem localizado. Fica proximo à estação de trens e de varios outros locais de relevância. O servico do hotel é nom, mas café da manhã a 17 Euros é inviável. Fizemos este lanhe na estação de trens.

O hotel fica ao lado da Estação Central, o que possibilita acesso fácil na chegada, saída e nos passeios. A recepção e o restaurante são muito bem decorados. O atendimento de checkin também foi muito bom.

Quarto familiar pratico, confortável e bom design. Pessoal super simpático e disponível com pequeno-almoço muito variado e excelente qualidade. Sugerimos alguma atenção com limpeza do pó, nomeadamente filtro do Ar-condicionado. O ponto menos bom será a questão de o quarto estar virado para a Central Station o que não evita algum ruído dos comboios, embora não seja significativo. Check-in e Check-out (online) super rápidos.

O hotel tem uma localização óptima, o staff é atencioso e simpático e o pequeno almoço embora caro, tem uma variedade óptima e muito boa qualidade. Fiquei bastante desiludida e descontente com o facto de não guardarem as malas depois do check out, nunca em nenhum hotel em que fiquei, me tinha acontecido.

Aquecimento do quarto e amenidades insuficientes

Quarto sem possibilidade de ventilação por janela e o ar resfriava pela manhã, porém aquecia muito após 23:00, ficando o sono interrompido por excesso de aquecimento no quarto. Sugerido disponibilizar ao menos sabonete em barra e touca para banho. Sem nenhum sabonete na pia e conseguido somente na primeira noite, sendo dito pela recepção estar indisponível. Precisamos de taxi de Amsterdã para Haia por cancelamento de trem, recepcionista nos contactou um táxi prontamente confirmando que o valor ficaria de 100 a 120 euros, porém nos foi cobrado mais de 170 euros pelo motorista.

Our system heats or cools for the whole building in regard to outside temperature. Please do always feel free to ask our assistance to make the temperature more comfortable. Also if you are missing any things like soap just let us know. My apologies for the fact the price for your taxi was not as you were informed. Although it is just an indication this is off course not the kind of service we strive to deliver. I will make sure to discuss this with the taxi company.
