Bonjour, Je ne pense pas que l'on puisse mettre un commentaire sur un établissement quand on n'a pas séjourner dans cette établissement. Effectivement vous n'avez pas pris la chambre puisque vous n'aviez pas la somme nécessaire au règlement de la dite chambre et que l'hôtel n'a pas accepter de vous faire crédit en échange de votre pièce d'identité. If it existed, a minus score would be too good. The room was pokey, smelled of tobacco, the shower overflowed and was full of hair, the bed was uncomfortable and we took off the threadbare, stained sheets and used our own bedding. The reception closed at 9 pm and the noisy smokers corner was outside the front door. Possibly the worst hotel ever but on a positive note there were no beetles unlike the Premiere Class outside Poitiers. Even at a budget cost it is over priced. We would have been more comfortable in the car. Please, please, please, do not stay here, it is disgusting and you don't deserve it!.

Horrible... How I finished in this hotel, it was the closest to see one clients. The room are horrible at the reception they give you anti-mosquito products in...December... :) they said that the change the bed but if you smell sweat... after negotiations you can have new one. The shower is... small in plastic the shower curtain stick at you ... Good if you want to make an horror movie or to say to you're friend that you leaves France for a emerging country.

Musty stink everywhere

My husband and me stayed at this "hotel" for 2 nights. Musty stink was in the hallways, in room, everywhere. Bad service at breakfast, something was always missing: from food to dishes. All I can say I never want to spend the night here.

We booked a twin room for 2 days and it was paid in full. When my sister arrived she has been told to pay because the computer system said "has to be paid". Also we have been given a double room instead of a twin. Breakfast on the first morning was not available because of bad organisation of the hotel. There was a group staying and only 1 member of staff in charge of reception and breakfast duty. Also this hotel is not very clean. Dirty carpet but clean bed linen and towels. The hotel smelled of sewage. I will not stay there again.
