The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet, and the staff kind and obliging but that is where my praise must end! If a "desk" is advertised, it should be deep enough to comfortably fit a laptop! Also, the chair provided was far too low and had so little padding I had to use the spare pillows from the bed! The restaurant food in the evening was over-priced and very bland, and having done other NEBOSH courses at other venues, the lunchtime buffet and "snacks" (not enough for the number of people in the room) were pretty awful. Lockers with no locks in the swimming pool area and weird-coloured scum in the shower blocks there.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly,particularly Yvonne and Mairita on reception. Also,the restaurant and cleaning staff were really nice too.

Kelly has been an excellent host during my course on site. She has been attentive, helpful and pleasant. Kelly works hard to maintain the standards of the hotel and shows dedication to her work, delivering high levels of customer service at all times.
