Missing a little of the Wow

We have been to six 21c’s, this makes #7. Some really Wow’d me. This one was good, but the quantity of art was not here. The rooms are spectacular and the service is excellent and the space clean. We also loved their restaurant and bar scene. Being downtown near other restaurants and their historic buildings was also a plus.

Very different experience

We were suppose to stay here for 3 nights but checked out after the second night. Room was dirty, dried food on carpet, shower with mold in corners, human waste on the wall by the toilet , bathroom floor very dirty and windows were covered with hand prints all over. Room and hotel are in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. The second morning I thought the valet man was a homeless man the way he was dressed and acted. I was also very offended by some of the art work that was in the hotel. This hotel is catering to a very specific clientele.

Great Potential; Room was Not Clean

The room was quite dirty. Seems as though they never dust. There were hairs and dust on most all of the flat surfaces, phone, bedside table, bathroom counters, etc. They also used plain sheets instead of fitted sheets on the bed so that the bottom sheets easily untuck. The location of the hotel is good, but they don't have parking and parking info is hard to find on their website. They have valet but nothing else. There is a public parking garage nearby.

Great Location and Service

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family wedding at Castle & Key Distillery. The hotel is in a fabulous location right in the middle of town near lots of restaurants. We loved the sleek, modern, artwork-centric decor. The front desk staff was welcoming and offered us an in-room mini fridge at no charge when we casually mentioned needing ice to keep some drinks cold. We didn't get an opportunity to eat at the restaurant or take advantage of the free bourbon tasting, but they were nice perks to have on-site. Our room was HUGE and comfortable and the bathroom was even bigger and well-appointed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hotel muito limpo e aconchegante, oferece várias facilidades inclusive ferro de passar roupa no quarto o que evita de pagar lavanderia, recepcionistas muito simpáticas, ótima localização. Tem uma vista muito bonita da cidade pela Tem uma galeria de artes bem interessante que vale a pena conhecer.
