I'm sorry but I don't believe having to wash your mugs with a face washer in the bathroom is acceptable. Then having to ask for milk and tea bags to see you through for the next morning.nWe were out all day. Returned late afternoon and the room still wasn't made up. When the cleaner ( next door) saw us come back she said they were busy and short staffed! I have been an All Accor member but with the price this is poor and I wouldn't stay again.

We were guests of the day so our room was upgraded to a park view which was nice. The bed was amazing as always. Our room was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly. We were even given a little chocolate treat and complimentary drinks which made our day.

Best night sleep, beds comfy. Would prefer better towels and skip the breakfast included in some packages in The Farmacy restaurant, very limited and poached eggs solid as a rock. Great location, ease of parking and lots of restaurant options close by. Good snack bar

Deludente. Su 4 giorni per ben due volte la mia camera non è stata pulita. La prima volta me ne sono accorta nel pomeriggio e nonostante abbia avvisato subito la reception, quando sono rientrata la sera la mia camera era rimasta eattamente come prima, cioè non era stata pulita. La seconda volta me ne sono accorta al rientro di notte dopo un'intera giornata passata fuori: l'ultima cosa che vorretsi trovare dopo una giornata stancante! E al check-out hanno anche avuto il coraggio di chiedermi di pagare le due bottiglie d'acqua del mini-bar!

Hotel muito descolado em Melbourne. A decoração dos quartos é fantástica! O hotel fica ao lado do hospital da criança e no conjunto de prédios há um McDonalds e uma lanchonete que serve café da manhã. Os atendendes são super prestativos. Na recepção é possível comprar o Myki Card (passe para utilizar os trams). O único ponto desfavorável do hotel é a localização. Ele fica um pouco afastado da zona central (está fora da Free Tram Zone) e o também está fora do free transfer do Skybus (do terminal do Skybus até o hotel, o taxi sai AUD 10). Por outro lado é uma boa oportunidade para conhecer uma outra parte da cidade. Além disso o hotel fica ao lado de um belo parque e próximo ao zoológico de Melbourne.
