A Estadia foi boa porem não espetacular !! O cafe da manhã com poucas opções de pães ou melhor só pão de forma e croissants! Os quartos não são grandes e não possuem cafeteira! Pontos positivos fácil acesso por estação Tamishi da JR e qualidade das tolhas e roupa de cama!

Checked in with a room waiting for us even though we checked in earlier than check in time Thank You Off The rooms are bigger and more modern than most of the Tokyo hotels They even have a bell boy to lug your baggage to your rooms (unlike the other Tokyo hotels we stayed at) Since we are vegetarian the options are limited in Japan For breakfast they have more options and made us veg fried rice and avocados. Their bircher Museli was amazing. Thank You Ravi.

I never stayed in Pullman hotel before! But this property is just spectacular! Location is very convenience 5 minutes walking to the train station. Hotel is beautiful food is so tasty but the service is just great! Everyone is kind, always willing to assist you and never say no ! I loved it

Very Nice Hotel

This was the first time I have stayed at a Pullman hotel. Within the Accor group, it seemed about halfway between a Novotel and a Fairmont. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and liked it a great deal. We had a superior king room that was very nice. We had a few minor issues with the shower but nothing significant. We had access to their Executive Lounge which was very good. The Australian guy working there was extremely helpful. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. It’s a little surprising, though, that the hotel doesn’t have a concierge. There aren’t any major sights or well known restaurants in the area but the Tamachi train station is a five minute walk. Taxis were also pretty reasonably priced. We had better luck with having the hotel call for them as opposed to using Uber. Uber moved the pick-in spot on us a few times at the hotel so we gave up using them. Our room included breakfast. The food was good quality but the variety of food was not as good as some of the other hotels we’ve stayed in during this trip. After a day or two it became pretty repetitious. Overall, we liked the place a lot and would be happy to stay here again.

Was soll man Schlechtes über das Hotel sagen? Nichts. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, vom freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, über das große luxuriöse Zimmer, dem bequemen Bett, dem sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück bis hin zur Executive Lounge mit Ausblick auf die Gleise. Wenn ich wieder nach Tokio komme, dann gerne wieder in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist 5 min vom Bahnhof Tamachi entfernt, dort hält die grüne Ringlinie Yamanote, mit der man in 10-15min Tokyo Station und Shibuya/Sinjuku erreichen kann. Vom Flughafen Haneda fährt man mit der Monorail nach Hamamatsucho, dann eine Station im Uhrzeigersinn nach Tamachi (in beiden gilt der JR Pass). Dort in Fahrrichtung rechts den Bahnhof auf dem Fußgängerebene verlassen und nach einem Bogen dem Verlauf nach links folgen, der Hoteleingang ist auf der linken Seite in dem dunklen Gebäude. Wenn man die Rolltreppe (oder en Aufzug) runter auf die Straßenebene nimmt, muss man umständlich durch die Zufahrt im Hotel in die Lobby mit dem Aufzug fahren.
