Awesome place to have a few nights away. The restaurant and bar areas have such beautiful views. Lots of things to do in the area too. I think it would be super fun to hang out by the pool during the day and see a show at the Greek Theater at night - it's super close!

Even though the hotel is only 25 miles from our home, I chose to celebrate my 75th birthday with my husband at the Claremont. Our stay was perfect, and we were treated like royalty by the staff. We love the views from the hotel, the swimming pools, the bar and eating options on the premises, as well as the hotel's proximity to bakeries, restaurants and hiking trails.

Beautiful views, needs updating

The hotel is picturesque and has incredible views, especially from Bay View rooms. You can tell the hotel is a bit dated, though, as there were a number of scratches on walls and closet doors in my room, and also while taking a bath, I noticed that some cardboard had been shoved under one of the vanity poles? For the price I think there might be better options.

I was extremely pleased you found our resort "Picturesque" along with our views being "incredible." In addition, please be reassured that we have located the exact room that you stayed in, and we have been able to place it Out of Order, as this is allowing us to ensure our Engineering team does the necessary paint touch up, along with removing the piece of cardboard that was wedged under one of the bathroom vanity sink poles. Therefore, I really do appreciate, and thank you for highlighting these areas we overlooked to create a perfect stay for yourself, as it has allowed us to prevent a similar poor experience for any of our future guests. Great stay on business

I was there on a work business conference, and was impressed with the staff and support of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The aesthetic is very well done and it was fun having a personal ghost tour by the staff there, lol. I will definitely come back during a personal stay.

Não tenho o que falar do hotel, ótima localização, ótimo restaurante e atendimento. Vista maravilhosa da baía de SAN Francisco. Porém na hora de fecharmos a conta fomos surpreendidos com o valores que não foram informados na reserva que fora feita pelo app da Accor All. Taxas no valor de 42,85 dólares por dia referente ao room charge, mais taxa de resort fee de 45 dólares por dia e tem a taxa de resort fee occupancy tax de 6,30 dólares por dia. Ficando então uma valor alto que não estávamos esperando. Sou acostumada a pagar algumas taxas extras, porém nunca em um valor tão significativo. Acredito que essa informação descrevia estar descrita é muito clara no momento da reserva, já que praticamente um terço da conta da diária foram essas taxas não discriminadas no momento da reserva pela Accor.
