Отель не рекомендован для командировочных, т.к. стоимость каждого дня в отчетных документах отражается отдельной строкой, в том числе и завтраки пишутся отдельной строкой. Получил скидку на первый день проживания (all.accor), обща сумма была в рамках общего лимита финансирования командировки. Получил закрывающие документы и оказалось, что за все дни кроме первого должен доплатить собственные средства из-за превышения лимита за сутки, несмотря на то, что общая сумма за всё время проживания в лимите. Персонал на Ресепшене спрашивал (три раза, различных сотрудников) о возможности указать одной строкой, но получил ответ о невозможности указания суммы проживания (включая завтраки) одной строкой. Повторюсь: Отель не рекомендован для командировочных.

Спасибо этой сети, спасибо менеджменту и персоналу Меркури Саранск. В любом городе где вы есть - я ваш гость. Саранск не разочаровал - новая мебель (ковролин чуть устал, но чистый), отличный дизайн, демократичные цены (13-14 июля сутки стандарт с кроватью кинг-сайз на двоих без завтрака взял за 4600). До этого вынужденно снял в Мирте люкс за 4000 день-в-день (внезапно пролетели с глэмпингом под Саранском, в 8 вечера возникла потребность где-то переночевать). Что сказать… Из Мирты в Меркури как из ада в рай.

New hotel on central location. Good breakfast, gym, sauna and steam room. Service was so so they forget to fill minibar and other item very often. I had Superior room that was available only on hotels own page. Window sealing leaks cold air but otherwise room was good.

Excellent hotel for business stay

The hotel is brand new, opened as WM comes. The location is good, not far from city centre. Easy approach by car, airport is 20-30 min drive. Anyway airport recently opened a new terminal. The hotel staff is all young girls and boys. Very ambitious, and they speak English. They are very helpful, enthusiastic. The hotel building and rooms are very new, everything is clean and still working. Except the internet, which is a bit problematic. There are two options, the first one is the usual idiot Russian system, you send a request from your phone for a code number, which never arrives. So it is useless. The other one is the Hotel own router, for which you need a PIN code, which is available on the reception from the drawer. It works, but disconnects regularly. The breakfast and the restaurant food is good, but just a bit better than the Russian average, and the selection is quite limited. The steak is good. I had a log steak. But if you order a rare steak, a Canadian would run away crying, believing that this is burden meat :-) The draft beer however is really very good, I can recommend the locally brewed "Mercure" beer. The room rate is double than the neighboring old hotel, but the service and quality is much better accordingly. There are electric sockets near the bed, which is important if you are addicted to working on your laptop in the bed, and you want to charge your phone. You can switch off all lights from your bed, you do not need an exploration trip to find out which switch works for which light. Bed mattresses and bed clothing is excellent. The conference rooms are excellent, equipped with up-to-date technology. I know Mercure hotels all over the world, I would say this is above their average. I hope they keep the level even after the football weeks are over. Looking forward to coming back again, they would be my first choice in Saransk.
