We booked this hotel in an emergency when the road to our other accommodation flooded and had to cancel, and we are so grateful to them for getting us in! The rooms themselves are a smidge tired as is the restaurant and stuff but the staff were without exception lovely and hard-working. The woman in the restaurant who served us both nights was doing a great job while really busy and stayed friendly and patient. The food was good, the pool is very welcome - and in the wet season largely had the whole thing to ourselves! Overall we're very happy to recommend it and really again want to shout out the staff who are managing people coming and going and cancelling or having to request another night if the road is blocked and all cheerfully and patiently. It's worth noting Jabiru is toward the top end of the park and can be a fair drive each day down into it - not a problem but just bear in mind the driving and make sure you have fuel and water and so on.

Our room was lovely a clean, and the staff service was excellent. We had meals at the restaurant for lunch and dinner with lovely meals both times, outstanding staff service especially at dinner time which was very busy! (definitely recommend booking) nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks again, this was our first visit in the wet season and we loved it!

Wir empfanden es als eine Frechheit, dass Übernachtungen in so einem heruntergekommenen Kasten überhaupt noch angeboten werden. Stilistisch entspricht dieses Haus einem Ostblockhotel aus Zeiten vor der Wende. Gute Alternative in 50km Entfernung.

Cet hôtel est certainement l'un des plus originaux que j'ai jamais vus avec sa forme en crocodile mais que l'on a du mal à apprécier pleinement depuis le sol ! Le plus intéressant est l'exposition d'art aborigène qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et présente, à la vente, une très grand quantité d'œuvres magnifiques, mais les prix sont à la hauteur…

O hotel fica em Jabiru, no meio da reserva nacional de Kakadu. A arquitetura em formato de crocodilo é o maior destaque deste hotel que tem vários problemas em razão da sua idade (quartos com umidade e mofo, equipamentos antigos etc). Fizemos uma refeição ímpar, com pratos que continham carne de crocodilo, de canguru e de barramundi (peixe do território norte da Austrália). ficamos hospedados por uma noite, em janeiro de 2011
