Great Hotel in a nice location

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We booked as part of a special offer as we were going to a concert and decided to stay over. The hotel is on the seafront and just a short walk from the lanes and bars/restaurants. We were checked in really quickly, they were really friendly and helpful and we were given a free cocktail voucher which was a nice touch. We checked in early and the room was ready and we were allowed in the room. The room was really nice, we had a privilege room and it overlooked the mews. The hotel is small, nice and the rooms were a nice size and well set out. There is a little bar off reception and they have a small restaurant. The staff were really, really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. They have a small car park at the back which we managed to get in and if you pay at reception it allows you to park there until 5pm on the day of departure. The breakfast, which was included in the price was amazing. It was a buffet style but was all fresh and hot and a great selection. We will definitely be booking here again as we really enjoyed our stay.

Just had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay very special, particularly Peach, Cat and Saxon. To be honest all the staff were so accommodating which is getting quite rare in hotels these days and it was clear that they enjoyed their jobs. The room we stayed in was gorgeous with a balcony and sea view, we were so lucky with the weather which was glorious. We have stayed in Brighton on many occasions and this is one of the best stays we have had. We will be back!

Great service and great vibe to welcome people from all over the world! Every one works here are very welcoming, friendly and hospitality. The hotle is very clear, and the breakfast is very yummy! The best thing is the location, there is the see when you step out of the hotel, best thing ever! I will definitily come back and recommend to everyone I know who travels to Brighton.

Stayed 3 nights for business. Stayed in the Mews Rooms they were very clean. Had Air conditioning and Iron and ironing board provided. Good selection for breakfast. The thing that stood out for me was the staff, they were all so lovely, so friendly and so helpful.

Mon expérience au Mercure Brighton a été un véritable enchantement. A l’arrivée, le hall et sa décoration participent à créer une ambiance accueillante. L’hôtel est situé face à la mer, non loin du quartier de Lanes (compter 15 minutes à pied), de plus l'accès facile au parking juste derrière l'hôtel a grandement facilité notre arrivée. L'accueil professionnel, accueillant et arrangeant du personnel a été un véritable point fort. La chambre était bien équipée et propre. Je le recommande vivement pour son rapport qualité / prix.
