Nothing was worth the amount paid, from checking in to arranging the room to the time and type of breakfast, the quality of the place, and the treatment of the staff. Nothing was nice at all, even when I checked out. No one cared about me either when I arrived. No one helped me move my things. A very, very bad experience that will not be repeated.

It was an amazing experience from the time you enter the hotel, to reception and to their recreation/spa area/ gym and pool. You can definitely feel the calmness and relax on your vacation or off well. Without having to worry about disturbances. Staffs were friendly and accommodating, too.

It was very good experience. The hotel staff are very accommodating. I really like the experience with the therapist named jessica and the receptionist grace is very good in accommodating with our needs and inquiry. It has all we need. Thank you

During our stay, we had a taste of excellent and memorable services rendered to us by the Health Club Team: start from the reception, we were received by friendly and kind mannered staff (we were assisted by Grace). Then, Dante and Jun will surely assist you professionally in the gym; and same goes to all on duty Lifeguards. To summarize, your experience will give you the enthusiasm to come back for more.
