My Fiancé and I love this Boutique Hotel! We come here to recharge and work through different goals for our relationship. The space keeps us be very comfortable during our stay. Jose is a welcoming committee, his good cheer and respectful handling of our belongings to and from our suite is always top notch. The restaurant is great as well. Fantastic happy hour options.

I reached out prior to my trip to let them know I would be getting in early. Their communication was kind and noted the request. Upon arrival Francisco welcomed us warmly and as we were celebrating a birthday was able to offer us a complimentary upgrade and bottled water as well as the early check in which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable with thoughtful layout and nice amenities. Anyone booking with a discover should know in advance you’ll likely need to rerun your card if you’re staying multiple nights. I do wish this had been communicated to us. Instead of sending us a text or email that they needed our card they just shut off our keys so in a rush back to get ready for a dinner reservation we make it up to our room to be locked out. I go back down to the desk thinking it’s just a key issue but then they needed the other party member to come down with a card the process in total was about 20 minutes due to the slow elevators. This could have been easily avoided with some communication, we would have happily stopped in earlier to provide the information at our convenience instead of then running late for dinner. The only other small issue was the QR code for in room dining doesn’t actually work so you do need to call for you order (not the end of the world just inconvenience) I did let the person at the restaurant know but it was still not working at the end of our 3 day stay. Housekeeping team is super friendly and was happy to offer any assistance although we didn’t require services. Door man went above and beyond all star in guest services always smiling opening doors recognizing you upon return. Overall great property, with a nice staff in a walkable area. Some slight issues with process and communication which are an easy fix. I would highly recommend staying at the property!

Our visit to Chicago was great. This is the second time we have stayed at 21c and it always exceeds our expectations. Jose makes us feel so welcome, his demeanor is incredible. He made our young daughter feel so comfortable and safe. He is a great first impression to not only the hotel but to the city as well.

Shout out to Francisco! He was very welcoming and hooked us up with an early check-in. My wife and I had just arrived after 20 hours of flying/traveling, so being able to quickly get into the room was a relief. The hotel itself is very clean, chic, and considerate!

During our recent trip to Chicago, we stayed at the W and here. The 21C’s rooms were better appointed, the pillows were better, and the staff was truly amazing! Jose, Christian and Francisco jumped at the chance to be helpful and resourceful, no matter what our needs. We’d DEFINITELY stay here again!
