Your front desk staff was awesome for the start and our room view on the 32nd floor part ocean/part city was amazing!!! Everything I needed to do attend IVAT at the convention center was convenient and walking distance. Your service is awesome!! I hope I get to experience the same the next time I plan on coming to Oahu. We will definitely be back at the Ala Moana by Mantra.

Meh (not so bad) -Some of the adapters with the picture frames were not working -items found from someones previous stay including another tv remote control found under the couch Good -soap shampoo and conditioner was provided -pots, pans, and utensils were provided

I love staying here because it's right next to the mall so makes it easy to get food. The staff was very friendly and our room clean. We did self parking which was easy bc the lot wasn't full. They need to tell you at the front desk how to use the elevator with your key so you don't get stuck traveling to different floors.

Waikiki tower provided the best relaxing stay with a great view of the ocean, Yacht Harbor, and Waikiki. The decor was pretty, valet service was quick, having a Starbucks in the lobby was a plus for many. The beds were very comfortable and cleanliness throughout the room was apparent. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and check in went smoothly. The staff showed so much aloha to everyone. I wish my stay had been longer as the convenience of having the Ala Moana Shopping Center connected to the hotel by a walk over ramp was amazing. One could complete your gift shopping and come back to rest before going out to do more shopping! There were an abundance of restaurants to choose from as well as the food court in the adjoining mall.

Satisfied Customer everything you need from food to shopping excellent experience. hotel is in a prime location and waking up to go eat the breakfast buffet or Starbucks coffee is extra pleasing. The customer service is also excellent with much Aloha.
