I stayed for one night here bei g in the city for a football trip. The hotel is everything I would expect from an Ibis, no thrills, but clean, and comfortable. The room was decent and the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was fine albeit fairly small. The breakfast was decent, all you can eat and drink with a selection of hot , cold meats with cheese, fruits, pastries and yoghurts and toast and it all tasted good. Slight complaint that I waited at the bar to get served and was ignored so gave up - but otherwise the staff were fine. Another bonus is the hotel is literally a few minutes walk from Erasmus metro station which is only 20 minutes from the city centre. I would use it again.

Excellent location close to the motorway and close to the metro station Erasmus. For cars you have to take the entrance of "ULB Logement d'Etudiants". If you miss it, you can't turn around, you need to do a big loop, but it is easy. Entering the hotel car park is free (just approach the barrier), for exiting you need a code that you will get at the reception. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly. Nice bar. Strong point at breakfast: waffles!!!

We asked this hotel for a price offer for a group of 11 people. We received an official offer from the hotel with the rates. We made a booking for 6 rooms. Then the hotel started saying that they expected us to book 7 rooms so they could only offer us rooms at a higher price. After a long discussion with the hotel that there was no minimum number of rooms anywhere in their offer, they did not guarantee the price that they themselves had offered. Very unprofessional. The hotel should take responsibility for the mistakes of its staff.

Bardzo mile Panie sprzatajace, recepcja za to nawet nie mowi dzien dobry. Sniadanie bardzo podstawowe w porownaniu do innych Ibis. Pokoje brudne juz na wejsciu. Posciele i reczniki w plamach. Pokoj z kuchnia bardzo slabo wyposazony. Kuchnia brudna, szafki smierdza w srodku. Plus to parking. Bardzo slaba jakosc hotelu w porownaniu do innych Ibis

Stayed at this hotel just outside of Brussels as had an early morning meeting nearby and didnt want the hassle of finding a taxi/train in central Brussels early. The hotel is exactly what you expect of an Ibis, the price is reasonable and the rooms pretty basic but have all you need for a comfortable night. New beds were very comfortable. What impressed me about this hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff from check in, at the restaurant and check out. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which serves a good selection of meals. I had a salad which was of a good portion size and reasonably priced. As you would expect in Belgium there was also a good selection of beers. All in all a good stay and will stay again if in the area
