Overall I had a very pleasant stay, the receptionist staff, namely Moayad Abdullah, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly allowed early check-in, I was also given an excellent room with a direct view of Kabbah. Extended thanks also goes to Adulaziz at reception, who kindly granted me late checkout. The hotel breakfast and dinner buffet were both exceptional with a wide variety of cuisine to suit all tastes.

It was a splendid stay.. Well located with complete kaaba view.. Well behaved staff Well executed Extremely clean Closest to the haram Located in clock tower with direct access to food court.. Mr suraj Hussain was extremely helpful ..........

Breakfast has a large selection, catering for everyone, room were very spacious, services were extremely friendly and efficient, our house keeper during our stay, Abu-baker was helpful and knew a lot about the area and advice was great from him, the hotel was quite close to Al Haram

The kaaba view is breathtaking, the hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, I liked the diversity of breakfast. Just it's a little bit far from the holy harrm. And also they gave us sweets and Saudi coffee as hostalities. It was very delicious and my mother enjoyed it.

Location, cleanliness, reception, ,staff consistent for over a decade. Breakfast with plenty of options. Only reason I rated 4 is washroom size is generally small. Every time I run into Abdul Wahid and he is so accommodating with his ever present smile.
