I have stayed a few times and find the hotel perfect for my needs. It is centrally located with a private secure parking. The rooms are 'snug' but clean and modern and the hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. I am sure I will be using it again soon.

Good location, needs better maintenance

The location is very good, only a few minutes' from the port and within easy reach of the shops, bars and restaurants of the town. There's a car park, 10 Euros per day, normal cars only - check the height limit if you drive anything else. Room clean and as expected - most annoying that both the bathroom door handle and lock were both broken, so the door wouldn't shut properly. This had clearly happened a while ago and should have been either fixed or the room not used. Bath towels are the thinnest possible and pretty useless, mine ripped when I dried my back! Breakfast was good value - baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat, ham, cheese, jam, yoghurts etc. The rooms are definitely better than the similarly priced Hotel Egg along the same road. A bit annoying that Ibis don't give loyalty points for the Budget, especially as the 'normal' Ibis is outside the centre.

As indicated in the name, this is a no frills 'budget' hotel. That being said, over the years I have stayed in far too many more expensive hotels that were not nearly as nice! The location is great - almost around the corner from the train station and a gentle walk to the ferry port. No bar or restaurant on site, but it is only a short walk - pleasant, if it isn't raining - down to the fishing port with an abundance of places to eat and drink! The rooms (I stayed twice, in different rooms) are neither large nor abuntantly furnished - but it is a 'budget' hotel, providing you with all you need and nothing extra, but with A/C and a nice TV. The en-suite bathroom is small, but has a shower, a loo and sink, with provided liquid soap.The all-you-can-eat breakfast is generous, but all cold - no hot food, and the breads and pasteries cannot be heated (no toaster) with all hot drinks coming from a machine. This is not the place to stay for your whole vacation, but it is the ideal place for an over-night stay when en-route to other destination. A big heads up to the staff who were extremely nice and helpful!

Great location for the ferry terminal and port. Cheap, clean and basic but all you need for a short overnight stay.

Basic, simple, cheap, clean, easy to park. Staff helpful and friendly. Perfect hotel when you need to catch a ferry in the early morning, only 5 mins from ferry terminal and near to plenty of restaurants and bars.

Very handy location close to the centre of Dieppe, and also the railway station. Staff were helpful, room/bathroom clean, bright and functional. Beds were comfortable. It's a good value place to stay for a night or two either for a short break or if you are passing through Dieppe. Bars/restaurants and the main quay are just a short walk, as is the seafront.
