Worst travel experience of my life

I reserved a room for 15 nights as the rate was so good but just a few hours before check in I received an email saying that my credit card was rejected due to having a different name than the booking (it has my initials and has never been an issue before) so I went to the hotel early to try and fix the issue and they told me that the whole booking is cancelled and the best offer they have is to give me one night in a more expensive place. Awful

Amazing hotel with the best and most helpful staff! Great Cafe and gym and pool! Everything in the room was perfect, clean sheets, awsome bathroom and great room service! Thank you for the great service! Will definitely be staying again at Ibis Styles!!

Stopped again for 3 nights. Wonderful location, clean, modern and super helpful staff. Good breakfast, slight issue that IMO not enough European breakfast choices available, however, always something to eat, warm, fresh in a great room over looking the chaos of Bangkok below. Great to see two beds available at the pool, only chairs on my last visit. Pool small, but more than adequate to take a dip and cool enough. Good gym, even if the room is small. All in all ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong has delivered again, and the entire team needs congratulating in keeping the standards high. I will absolutely return to this hotel. Well done Ibis - Phra Khanong.

Dear Takky 🤍 You went beyond your way to make us feel seen and greeting us always from a very genuine heart at all times. To us it seems like you love what you do and to see your joy while working really made us feel welcome. You always recognize us when we call reception with an imideate willingness to solve our requests. We recently moved to Thailand and you didn’t hesitate to help us find an apartment. You even called apartment buildings without us even having to ask, further you had some recommendations for places we should consider to live in Thailand. This is my 4th stay in this hotel this year. As always, the reception offers a warm welcome. Check in was easy and simple. Efficiently handled. The front office is always smiling. Special mention to Ms Jam who is always with a smile - typical of Thais. I was give a nice room in the high floor. Nice bed and linen. Quiet corner.
