nice and clean hotel rooms have new furniture and staff are very freindly and helpfull espically someone named galgat i think he helped me find a room after the rain stormat 3 am while most hotels in dubai and sharjah refused to accept a familly

Hotel is great and great location. Service is excellent starting from check-in. The team at Orient Buffet were particularly helpful. Vicente was able to arrange seating for 27 of us at the last minute and the crew took care of everyone all night. The team is in Sharjah a couple times a year and this is our new go to hotel!

Clean and good treatment and nice hotel, I come here every weekend with my friends and family sometimes, we have so much fun. The food is so good sometimes I come here to eat not gonna lie. we spent more than 2 days here I appreciate it so much it’s the best hotel I ever gone to

This was my first time to check in Novotel UAE though I have been to Novotel Vizag India. The staff members I found absolutely amazing and supportive. Chef Azad made us feel as if if I was in India. During the RAMADAN period I observed that guests from China are so busy with tour going early morning and they are literally rushing in to finish their breakfast. Many a times the restaurant is packed but this person managed the whole thing with total control. Hope I will visit again with my family.

The view from the level 13th was amazing clean and silent room. Cleaning was always good on time. Breakfast was fine and delicious as continental meal thanks a lot to all the people who are working there for their kindness and professionalism I would like to mention Mr Alex from belldesk/reception sometimes I saw him there also he exceded beyond my expection for the great service Thank you very much
