Very good for weekend family place. With shelter in Lviv . Located very close to historical places. Breakfast is good, but maybe need to add more options. Staff is very friendly. Parking place was provided. Safety and security is on high level

Great place to stay, the best part is that they allow pets. Everything was great, the room was clean and tidy. The service on the front desk was polite and kind, they help with all of our questions. Even though we forgot our charger in the room they were eager to help.

Brilliant hotel. Convenient for the city centre, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great breakfast - in the evening the breakfast space becomes a really great pizza restaurant. Can’t think of a single negative - and I stayed for a fortnight.

Jędrzej Pobyt służbowy - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Hotel jest dobrze zlokalizowany, ma fajny współczesny design. Nasz pokój był dość duży, co niewątpliwie jest plusem. Niestety, mimo wywieszenia karteczki o 10 rano z prośbą nikt nie przyszedł posprzątać pokoju w sobotę. Ponadto nie działała klimatyzacja, w pokoju panował niesamowity zaduch, obsługa stwierdziła po prostu że klimatyzacja się zepsuła i nic więcej z tym nie zrobiła.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Let me kindly report you that your review motivated me to check the schedule of cleaning of your room. As I’ve found out on 27th of October our housekeeping team did the cleaning in accordance to daily cleaning procedure. On 28th October the “do not disturb” hanger was set on your door handle. And this was the reason why your room wasn’t cleaned. Probably it was the misunderstanding, because the different information is mentioned on our door hangers’ sides: the request to clean the room or not to disturb. Often guests don’t pay much their attention on it. Please allow me also to inform you that during November-April months our conditioning system is set for heating and cannot be set for cooling. We recommend to switch it if off manually if it is too hot. Thank you again to sharing your experience and we hope to see you back in ibis Styles Lviv Center. Stay safe.
