It was an amazing experience, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. 😊 The room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was also delicious. On this occasion I could not stay longer, I hope to do so later. I hope to come back soon.

Adit was very helpfull, and the food was very good !! and the restaurant is clean, im staying for 1 night and probably will come again, the entire services was very helpfull, the room also clean, easy check in i was help by renji, you also can search the food easily outside because the location is very strategic

Reccomend stay, Friendly service, affordable price, strategic location, clean room. Thanks for the amenities as platinum member. They really treat well the member and get benefit. Request for late checkout they provide u til 5 pm, what a great deal. Thankyou ibis gs, never fail stay here. Nice Budget friendly hotel near GS city centre.

This hotel has been 9 years. Surprisingly the overall hotel facilities are considerably well managed and clean. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS. It provides hampering buffet with egg and fries station, American breakfast counter, traditional Indonesia porridge stall, Javanese beef soup to varities of 8 main dishes. Dining ambience, clean and warm utensils invite appetite. The breakfast is tagged at unbelievable Rp.85,000 / USD 5/ SGD 7.5 per person. Gold members entitled for 50pct off when 2 are dining., Thank you Ibis Serpong to make our stay memorable .
