Beside the fact that this is a new Hotel, with about 6 months since it had been opened, this hotel keeps the IBIS known quality, with comfortable bed, hot and good shower and a sort of TV channels for your night stay. Also, you have a new Shopping mall in front of it, which makes your life easy if you need to buy something. The breakfast is really good with a variety of breads, fruits, yogurts and cereals.

Excelente staff. Maria Jojo e Vanile gave us great support. They were very attentive to me and my team at all times we stayed at the hotel. There is a big mall right in front of the hotel as well, which is very convenient in what regards attending urgent needs of amenities.

The staff is very accommodating,they would always ask and offer the variety of foods theyy were offering for each meal. Room and toilet is visibly sparkly clean highly recommended to my friends and colleagues

would like to appreciate the pro active staff at the Front office Ms Dilma and Tuanny who with their cheerful and helpful attitude made the experience pleasant ,they are always available to assist with smallest of requests , A big Thank you to the ladies Appreciate the efforts of the kitchen staff as well for serving meals,snacks in the Covid times , the staff are cheerful and pleasant.

As IbIS the installation is the same and good. But the service is very bad. At dinner mainly , you ask for a soda or they forgot or take 15 minutes to give. To print a bid more 20 minutes! At breakfast the food reposition is terrible! Although the food is good.
