Overall I had a great experience during my stay, the hotel is clean and the people very friendly, specially Eko, he is a great guy, he is polite and always professional. Installation is very convenient right in front if a mall where you can go for other food options if needed.

I am fascinated by this 3-star hotel located in the heart of Manado City! When I checked in at the reception, the staff are always very nice. I was greeted by Ismet, and Bryan at check--in, and by Erika at check-out. They are all very kind and polite, and they all left a very good impression on me. Ismet & Erika are both very professional and they offered me a "Welcome Drink" once I arrived. Thank you very much! "Makaseh!" :) Great staff at the restaurant, the hotel also has a nice bar area, and there are 3 modern meeting rooms. Rooms in the hotel are very clean and comfortable. Manado Town Square (ManToS) mall is within walking distance -- just 2 minutes away from the hotel. The air-conditioned rooms are nice, you can sleep well. The hotel is strategically located in the center of the city, and close to the central business district. I have now stayed multiple times there (once in 2018, and 3 times in 2023: in May, once again June and also in July).

Had a pleasant and enjoyable experience when I stay at Ibis hotel. The staffs are fantastic, good selection of breakfast spread, the hotel is near to a mall and with reasonable price. The staff, Eko is very prompt in delivering my order. He ensured my coffee is hot and milk is on the side while I ordered coffee with milk. He also offered me a selection of cappuccino from the coffee machine too. He always have his smile on and served with passion,

A Tiny But Mighty Gem In A New Destination.....

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Manado in October 2023, and was extremely fortunate to have met one of the most outstanding and finest Team Members of the Accor Group. In my 40 years of international travel, I have come across many Great Team Members at various brands and properties, but to have gone to an unknown destination for the first time and to be acknowledged as a part of the Accor Family was immensely humbling. The reason I ended up there was because my booking was at another Hotel where I am a Senior Loyalty Member, but due to shortcomings, I had no option but to cancel my booking and make a last minute booking at the Ibis. The following Team Members at the hotel were OUTSTANDING! Harly, Junus, Ismet, Nova, Erika, Eko, Vella, Arlene, Albert of Security and all the staff undertaking their Internship. There were numerous others, whereby the list would be never ending, but they have not been omitted intentionally, but inadvertently. The Hotel is in a very strategic location, with accessibility to all the Central Locations, and from the higher floors, a clear view of the ocean. It is definitely a Must Visit place, and with such a great team, an ideal location to chill out. Thank you Team Ibis Manado
