Great place to stay with the kids

Good location . Close to Kuta Beach and the main shopping strip (behind the hotel) but still away from the daily hustle and bustle of Kuta. Our kids loved the two swimming pools on the ground floor . The best thing for us was the Restaurant in the hotel. The food was amazing and priced ok. Breakfast buffet was really worth it too. Our initial room had a really bad mouldy smell so we called the front desk and they gave us a new room which was bigger and better . All the staffs were helpful and kind. Kids also enjoyed the Kids club.

Amazing service, all staff were friendly, attentive, Restaurant and Pool staff were amazing they would always ensure you were comfortable and attending to any request with a smile, At the dinner Ms. Ari will constantly checking your dining experience and deliver a massive service. Surprisingly could remember my Name, I believe she is a manager ☺️ Breakfast was great so much variety to choose from. Close to beach and local shops. Highly Recommend We booked the accommodation with one free cocktail per day and it was amazing 🥰🥰

We had an amazing time at Pullman. We are pure vegetarian and they had 3 good options which we could rely on. We stayed there for 4 days and service was really good. Staff had a smiling face and helped us with all our needs . Special thanks to Sari , Indah and Lisyanayati for great support and help at the restauran. Definitely a go place for vegetarians and for their courteous staff and loveliness of the hotel.

Spent a night, wonderfull experience. Spacious and a very clean room. Beautiful garden, nice movie night. Breakfast was top notch with a nice variety and live station. Staff was really friendly polite and helpfull especially Ms. Ari at breakfast. My only feedback is the pool need more regular cleaning but surely we will be back!
