Mustafa was great at assisting me and my family with our bags! My wife is heavily pregnant and we have a young child, Mustafa helped me with our bags and took them straight to our room, thank you again. Hotel was very clean and very close to the airport.

We had a one-night stay in a classic double room, in April 2024, in anticipation of checking out at 6am for a flight. We were overjoyed at how close the hotel is to both arrivals and departures, and how easy the route is to navigate. Upon entering the hotel it was immediately evident that this is a 5-star facility. The design is fresh and classy, and the food options had us spoilt. We ended up ordering a room service meal which we were both impressed with, before climbing into the luxuriously comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. It is worth noting that the bathroom amenities were a welcome addition for us- without the need to unpack every single one of our toiletries from the suitcase!

As always the best hotel at London Gatwick! Luxury runway view club room very good with everything you need. From a mini bar included with the room, great views of Gatwick and the runway view!! The doorman offering the concierge services 24/7 and a special mention of Alexandra in the club lounge working non stop! Alexandra in the club lounge is amazing, giving fantastic service to each and every customer. My only slight criticism is that the lounge is very busy and a little too small for demand, which makes Alexandria all the better!
