A huge disappointing and uncomfortable stay

The only positive point is the location of the hotel, for the rest it was a huge disappointing and uncomfortable stay, just some disappointed points: - no one at the entrance to assist with the luggage - waiting queue for check-in more than 20 minutes - check-in 20 minutes, they could not my prepaid reservation - showed screen shots that the price on booking.com was cheaper than their own website; only answer was: can happen - room did not had day light; contacted the reception for a room with day light and the answer you have booked this room (on the site is not mentioned that the room does not have day light) - internet connection two different instructions - clean the shower by my self - a lot of hairs, soap rests, etc - air conditioner not working properly - master switch was not working; one light could not be switched off - the room was very dated - asked twice for the manager on duty and no one contacted me - sent an email to the hotel and sent a reminder, but no feedback after five days The do not care attitude from all staff is a reason not to go return to this hotel and for sure I will not recommend the hotel anymore.

This hotel is a convenient option in case of an early flight. Check in was really fast and the room and bed were comfortable. The room had an internal view which was a bit odd. The room included breakfast, although there are a lot of things to eat the breakfast was not the freshest to be honest. Would stay again, good enough.

Great airport hotel. Can walk or get a courtesy bus to the hotel. Junior suite beautiful and spacious. Great buffet at restaurant. Pool lovely, huge gym. Sports bar a nice addition. Made everything very easy rather than other ‘airport’ hotels that were over 15 mins on a courtesy bus. Spot on!

The staff at the Pool Bar is amazing!!! They provide delicious food and refreshment drinks. Also they pay attention to all of your requests. Especially, I want to mention Mrs Jaja, Mrs April and Mr Chacha. They are kind, fast, efficient, and very professional. Guys, you made me happy!

Good airport stay

Super convenient for a quick overnight stay at the airport. We arrived and easily found the shuttle service, hopped straight in a van and the 5 minute journey was simple. Check in was a bit chaotic, but we soon found our room. The room was fine for a one night stay. Not luxurious or particularly comfortable, but functional. Worth noting that we booked for 2 adults and 2 children but the hotel only puts out one additional bed. So my husband took that whilst I shared the king size bed with my 2 teens. Not ideal, but for one night it was fine. I used the gym in the morning which was well equipped. Our return to the airport was quick and easy via the hotel shuttle. Great value for what we needed.
