Absolutely spotless and super friendly staff, the food was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing all you can eat for a fantastic price, would highly recommend,pillows we're a dream so soft and great sleep, maids were fantastic, I asked for more cups and coffee she put double the amount I asked for, reception staff 24 hours a day and help you with all your needs above and beyond.

Hello, I wish for all when they book a hotel to be very careful,I forgot my apple watch in the room that we booked it no.142 , and after 30 minute from checking out I called the hotel and the women in the reception answered, said that they will check, then after couple of minutes she called me and said they couldn't find it .I went there to check , and the room was cleaned also the room was already given already to their new guest . I asked the staff again and they said they searched but it was not there and checked again in the tracking app of apple , it shows the location of the watch which is (the Hotel location) . that's really first time happened to me and I'm shocked .I couldn't get my watch until now ,so I hope you better be careful . Thank you

Po przybyciu do hotelu, a wybrałem pokój Privilege, okazało się, że klimatyzacja nie działa. W pokoju było jak w saunie. Obsługa wymieniła mój pokój na chłodniejszy, jednak nie był to pokój Privilege, a różnica nie została mi zwrócona.

Worst hotel stay of a decade Aircondition not working - but on full mode (22 degrees) translated into 30 degrees in the room. Super loud - window not properly noise insulated. Lady at reception did not care about the complaint at all

Stayed here for a night and had a good experience. Clean and modern rooms, quiet and friendly and proffessional staff. Te location between city and airport is quite good, there are restaurants and bars nearby, but you're in the city center quite fast, too. Bus, tram and train stop nearby. An Uber Ride to the airport wasabou 15€ in the morning. Only minus is the closed restaurant and bar.
