Hotel was very reasonably priced. Traveled in mid January for a rugby match with 4 friends. Ideally located near waterfront and best restaurants. Also next to stadium. Staff quite friendly and helpful with directions and boarding pass printing. Hotel and rooms spotless and shower worked well. Will stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised with this 2* hotel. Greeted with a smile, quirky family room clean and comfortable and the location ideal for our ferry trip from Toulon to Alcudia - breakfast was varied and plentiful and fresh. Late night revellers to be expected in this port town but didn’t trouble us at all……it even caters for pets!!

Obsługa grzeczna . Mój pierwszy pokój był bardzo glośny i było za ciepło ,w drugim było nieco lepiej. Za mało naturalnego swiatła i nie uzupełnione środki higieniczne. Brak czajnika i gratisowej kawy, hebaty. Ogólnie za tą cenę mogłoby być lepiej.

Be careful with the racist receptionist !!

At my stay, everything was good except one of two receptionist I have come across with. Woman was unfortunately a racist who doesn’t like Turkish people. For just one cup of coffee. Her behavior was really absurd. Hope she was satisfied with her behavior. It’s a shame.

The hotel is located in a convenient site, close to a very large mall, to the harbour and to the historic centre of the Town. However, I had a very negative experience and I will never again consider staying in this Hotel. During my stay (2 days) I realised that the personnel speak very little English. Although I can speak a little French, they were completely unable to give me information about restaurants and they provided me with completely wrong information on the cost of the hotel parking. One evening coming back to my room I found a disgusting smell of cigarettes in the toilette. At breakfast, one morning, the coffee machine was not working and although the price of the breakfast is convenient, I did not like the type of food that was offered. I did write e complain letter on the web site of this chain of hotels, but so far I did not receive any reply.
