nie działało urzadzenie do self-service check-in. Nie było nikogo na recepcji. Przez inforlinię nie dostaliśmy dokładnej informacji co zrobić. Czekaliśmy 30 minut na recepcjonistę zanim się pojawił. Fatalne doświadczenie

Very bad experience, when booked put 4 people 2 rooms 2 nights When I checked in they charged 24 euros per room for an extra person. There was no parking available. No street parking available had to pay 10 euros to park at Ibis across the street. Very bad experience. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didn't even get there! Owing to roadworks and accidents all the way from southern Austria, I had a 5-hour delay. I therefore called up to ask if arriving at 1.30 am was going to be a problem. Firstly, I waited forever on the phone - went through some nonsensical menu four times as it switches over when you have been waiting for someone to pick up for a while. When someone finally picked up, she was incredibly aggressive - she wouldn't let me finish a sentence, so basically all I got to say was "I have a reservation for tonight". She was yelling down the phone "what about the reservation? what about the reservation?". I finally said, "Would you please let me talk?" and she yelled the same thing down the phone again. I said, "Forget it" and put down the phone. I still didn't know if turning up that late was going to be a problem and even if it wasn't, turning up for ding ding round 2 with that woman at 1.30 am was not exactly an attractive prospect. I wrote the review and put it on the official site, but see it has been removed (although reviews before and after mine are still up). I wrote to complain that all I got for my €80 was a load of aggravation and no room. Nobody has replied even though Accor has apparently written to them too. On Google there are some reviews mentioning nasty, aggressive receptionists, but obviously nobody really cares anyway, because over years nothing has changed.

Value for money. Paid less than £40 a night for two nights in October. Would happily stay again if I was visiting Cologne in the future. Yes it’s basic, but if you’re staying alone it’s fine. One pillow each but an average comfy bed it’s easy to make do for a short stay. Shampoo/body wash along with soap provided in the room. Free parking and plenty of it. Next door to a fuel station with a decent shop, chilled beers and wines, coffee and pastry’s available for breakfast. KFC across the road too. Only a 5 minute walk down the main road to the local subway/train station - 3 stops and 3 euros into the centre (Koln HBB) where you’ll find the famous cathedral. Only a couple of stops in the other direction to the airport so nice and easy although the ticket machine wasn’t the easiest to work so give yourself plenty of time. All in all, if you can get this hotel for less than £50 a night and your on a short break, give it a go. It’ll save you a lot of money as opposed to staying in the centre of Cologne.

Low Budget experience, as expected. The room was at top floor. There was no elevator, so I had to carry everything. The room was very hot and the aircondition was not running well and it could not cool down the temperature.
