We selected this hotel both because of its location and its swimming pool (which turned out to be pretty small). Rooms and bathrooms are adequate, but not much more. Breakfast is so so. But at least the staff is friendly.

A regular and reliable stop

This is my regular stop on my way south. Parking is always available and the hotel is easily accessible from the autoroute. The hotel is on the outskirts of Beaune so a fairly long walk into town. The hotel is comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The staff are always welcoming and efficient. The restaurant is adequate but very expensive for basic food. 31€ for a bland entrecôte and a handful of chips with no salad or veg. The wine list has very few half bottles and those it has are around 30€. Probably cheaper to get a taxi into town. One seemingly trivial but hugely frustrating issue with all the Accor hotels I have stayed in recently is that they no longer supply milk for your in room coffee or tea. I guess this is about reducing plastic use but it is an idiotic policy. Please think again Accor.

I will take the liberty of passing on your recommendations concerning the kitchen to our chef so that we can improve in the future. As far as the milk jugs are concerned, the decision to remove single-use plastic came from Accor management. But it is the result of the new European standards to be put in place. Our housekeeper is currently working on the subject to find an alternative to this service that respects the wishes of our customers, hygiene standards and new environmental policies. Hotel nie pierwszej nowości, widać ślady zużycia. Bardzo długo trzeba czekać na odblokowanie płatności która na wstępie wynosi 280 euro🤦.

We were 4 travellers from UK on Motorcycles, who had been let down on at 21:00 arrival at another hotel. I phoned the Novotel in Beaune who in minutes sorted out 2 twin rooms for 3 nights. No fuss and superb customer courtesy. I would like to Name Alexandra and Lexane, who are a great asset to this Hotel. They even allowed us to get a meal while they checked us in! This hotel is truly customer focussed and I would stay here again as a first choice. I also recommend it to other visitors to Beaune. The town is an easy 15-20 minute walk to the town centre.

OK Hotel but staff very unhelpful

We pre-paid the hotel and when we arrived they still took a 500 Euro deposit off my credit card. When queried I was told it should have been 50 Euros but the staff member admitted to making an error. When asked for a refund I would told it would all come off at the end of my stay. Worse we asked for an extra luggage holder but were told no. So we asked for an extra chair for the room and was told no again. So we asked if we could take a stool and had to do it ourselves. We were very disappointed with the treatment. Especially as an Accor club member!
