Just for one night on way to Austria. Really big room comfy bed hot water We did not attempt to eat or drink as bar very small and restaurant closed. We arrived at 8pm. So we headed to the local Italian across the road which was lovely 30 euros a head. Receptionist when arrived was lovely and efficient considering we were a coach load

Stayed here on a Christmas Market trip with Shearings. This type of hotel is not suitable for groups for more than one night. They do not know how to cater for groups putting us in a separate conference room. The food was very small portions and no choice, not good enough at dinner although the breakfast was good. The rooms were fine and spacious but cold due to a centrally operated temperature controlled by the hotel. It was below freezing outside most of the week . You did not come back to a warm room. If they want this type of business going forward , maybe need to have a rethink.

Stayed here with shearings coach trio for the 3 Christmas markets. Arrived late so didn't expect much. Took ourself to our room to freshen up then headed down to the bar. The were 3 staff very unfriendly and very slow. Managed a drink like getting blood out of a stone. It didn't get any better. Breakfast wasn't all that Cereal continental bacon and sausage. No wet stuff like beans or tomatoes. Evening meal well . 3 pieces of meat on a skewer couldn't tell you what meat it was but it was tough and smelt awful. With that you got a small spoon of mash and 3 green beans. Next night was even better ( not ) We had a small plain omelette for our main meal. When a guest asked if they could have cheese they were rudely told NO. The hotel is dated unfriendly and definitely not worth the money we paid. Wouldn't recommend.

The hotel was clean, had good parking and a small but pleasant outdoor pool. However, service was not good. Maybe they did not have enough people on duty, but the bar was often unstaffed, even at busy times, the solo bar person seemed to have other jobs as well. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, and when we went to reception to get some teabags we were rudely informed that "it's not self-service, go to the bar if you want tea or coffee" (6 euros a cup!). A request to the duty manager revealed that it is Novotel policy not to provide tea and coffee in the rooms. Just a kettle. At dinner, a request for a wine list resulted in a wordless point to a QR code glued to the table. This did not work, and a request for information from the bar tender (when they finally appeared) was greeted by a shrug. We did not buy any wine. There was a pleasant patio near the pool, perfect for a pre-dinner beer on a sunny evening. However there was no table service, and the door leading to the bar was locked, so to get a drink you had to walk around three sides of the building, through reception and hope there was someone staffing the bar when you got inside. The atmosphere of the hotel was cold and unwelcoming. I will never go there again and will think carefully about staying at any Novotel in the future.

Jakość pokoju pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Brudne zasłony do tego stopnia, że strach dotykać. Obrzydliwe. W łazience przy wannie brudno, w szczelinach czarna pleśń. Rozumiem, że stawiamy na ekologię, ale w hotelu o tym standardzie chciałbym się napić kawy ze szklanego kubka, szklanki, a nie z papierowego kubka, który po 3 minutach zaczyna przemiękać. Pokój słaby, wymaga generalnego odświeżenia.
