Very disappointing, the rooms are small, no way it's 20 mr asadvertized. You can't actually controll the temperature and the room is insuffrebly hot, we had to sing a document so they will open the window for us. The bathroom smell horrible, probably mold, and since the bathroom is so small you can't shower without getting most of the room wet. When we went to complaint because I truly thought they gave us a wrong room the receptionist was indifferent, just said it what it is, said she could move us to a room in a different floor but it's the same room with all the same issues. I do not recommend at all.

Prima gelegen hotel, vlakbij de metro. De kamers waren prima en geluidstil. De bar faciliteit was ook goed. Het personeel was in het algemeen zeer vriendelijk. We waren minder tevreden over het ontbijt. Dit was echt ondermaats en veel te duur voor wat het was. In de omgeving zitten evenwel leuke ontbijt-spots. Het bed was ook vrij klein en minder comfortabel dan we gewend zijn bij Ibis, maar het was overkomelijk.

We are so grateful to Tamás Killarney and his wonderful front desk team for looking after us so well at the Hotel. He was incredibly helpful after we had a bad experience at an airbnb and we are so grateful for his help and professionalism. Gergely Gombos was also extremely helpful giving us information on everything - a real credit to the hotel. Thank you so much - two outstanding employees The meals were not very special otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

5 stars for the castle hill hotel. Had a lovely stay. Welcoming reception staff. Lovely room. Great view of the park over the road. And a good breakfast. Only criticism that won't affect the score.....its so warm in the corridors and room on arrival. We had to sleep with the window open to get some fresh air into a very warm room. Would stay again. 100% recommend
