My first time back at the Fairmont for more than 2 years. Not many people staying in the hotel for obvious reasons. It was nice to see familiar faces among the staff. Service was excellent as normal. Hope to return sometime sonner than another two years.

I had a nice experience in the hotel. Location is good, there was a view from the room to the river because of kind upgrade. Service is great, all the requests were done fast. I liked the breakfast, but it starts at 08:00 at the moment I stayed there. Special thanks to Roman, who made my experience of the breakfast very good. I stayed in the hotel 2 days, but he remembered my preferences and noticed details. Also people in parking are very nice and helpful. There is restaurant only on the second floor. The service was good, but the choice of food is general with no specific cuisine. Spa works at this time from 10:00 to 20:00, you need to book sauna 1 hour before. I didn’t have time to go there. My experience in Fairmont hotel is good.

One of the best Capital city hotels I have been so far Located just next do the Dniepr river ! Very spacious apartments, perfect staff who will not disturb you during business meeting ect. I was visiting this hotel twice and I will do it again soon!!! Top recommendation in Kiev

Top hotel in Kiew. Perfect location, nice riverviews, 5 star setup, great hospitality and service mentality. Proximity to important tourist sites and business locations, good gym and spa, an inhouse casino for those interested and great rooms.

Zeer mooi hotel vanwaar alles gemakkelijk te bereiken is, ofwel met de “Funicular”, ofwel met de metro, of zelfs te voet als je niet tegen een klim opziet. De kamers aan de kant van de rivier Dnipro zijn een beetje luidruchtig door de autoweg die tussen de rivier en het hotel loopt. De kamers aan de stadskant vind ik beter. Prachtige grote kamers, grote badkamer met douche en bad, zeer vriendelijke bediening. Wel wat prijzig maar je zit dan ook in een luxe-hotel.
