Francisco was great. Fast and courteous check-in. First time to Chicago and was greeted at the door and shown where to go. Beautiful hotel. beautiful rooms. They really made you feel at home and at ease when traveling so far from home. Seeing the artwork is a big bonus and beautiful.

Very nice, will stay here again.

Great hotel in a really convenient area. The rooms are clean, bathrooms updated and clean & housekeeping is attentive. Be sure to explore the hotel's art exhibits! Jose was so very helpful and kind. He knows everything about the area and made our stay that much more enjoyable! This was our 2nd stay here and we will stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel as always and loved the exhibit. The location was perfect with so many dining options around. The room was amazing. I booked through a. Third party and there was some confusion about the reservation. Christian was excellent and made sure my stay went perfectly. I appreciated that and will definitely be back

We had a group booking and experienced a hiccup with our reservations, but the 21C team and Helen especially helped us get all checked in without issues. I felt a lot better with her care and attention. Thank you to the lovely team and people at 21c!

First stay, but not our last. Style plus comfort plus smiling staff. Perfect.

Friendly and attentive staff, roomy bedroom plus large bathroom, perfect hotel location. Penguins, need I say more? Ceramic, not real… starting my collection :) Rotating art pieces throughout the lobby were conversation provoking, engaging and unique. Made our stay feel elevated and special.
