We are glad that the room you stayed in, and the services provided by the staff during your stay was up to your expectation. Moreover, we're doing our best to ensure that the noise levels always stay within the sensible limits so our guests are not disturbed by exterior noises, sometimes it is impossible to guarantee this as there are some traffic noises, barking dogs that may be heard from the local municipality services, especially on our lowest road facing floors.
