Very very friendly and very very inviting and exceptional service to bar staff I am very happy the Aurangzeb and chef make nice sandwiches for us , I want to come again for bed and breakfast service in mercure west Grange Hotel thanks to everyone very big are for to stay here and staff are very intentive.

I came here for enjoye and spend with my husband some time it’s very nice place to come here I am really with the hotel accommodation. Staff are very helpful they are helping me a lot because I don’t know English so they always change the translate for me and my husband. I want to say Aurangzeb manager was very good staff he’s very polite. Good hospitality service in Olive restaurant restaurants staff are very helpful actually the all hotel staff are good rooms are clean and I like the hotel lake Newbury west grange hotel. Restaurant music very nice I always recommend to come here.

I always coming in west grange hotel mercure hotel, one of the best hotel in newbury to syay here. i walt’s having dinner in Olive and Tree restaurant the staff are very good special thanks to Aurangzeb to suggest the food and also food was very good chef promod food also nice. i wish to come again here . thanks to all staff i am very happy with this hotel team.

Hôtel de campagne, à quelques minutes de Highclere Castle et à une heure de route de Windsor : idéal pour une étape. Le parking est gratuit, dans un jardin aménagé. L'hôtel est construit autour d'une petite cour. Ma chambre était, dans un style il faut le reconnaitre un peu classique, tout à fait adaptée : propre, de bonne taille, avec un bureau et une belle salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une belle salle, de bon standing, et l'hôtel dispose d'un bar - restaurant, que nous n'avons pas essayé, mais qui avait bonne allure, par exemple pour un diner après la route.
