Very comfortable 2 bedroom garden suite room. Really lovely but a tiny bathroom for a 2 bedroom apartment. Great access to wifi, tv when we needed to relax. Comfy beds. A perfect location for walking into the city centre and enjoying all Queenstown has to offer.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great shower. I was surprised at the price we paid there was no air-conditioning, and the furniture was very tired with chips and stains. If you have a car, you need to take your chances finding a spot in their very small underground carpark on arrival because there is nowhere to pull up out the front. They have another carpark at the back, but you need to phone them to get access.

Very far from “luxury accommodation”. Yes, the views and the location are great but the suite itself is very disappointing. The furniture is tired, dated, unclean. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms, they felt stuffy. The size was good for our family and the kitchen was suitably stocked with utensils to cook a basic meal but unfortunately the negatives massively outweigh the positives overall. Certainly not worth the money spent on this. It’s a real shame because it has so much potential.

2 séjours de 6 et 3 nuits avec quelques jours entre les deux. Un appartement 2 chambres réservés pour chaque séjour. Les appartements et chambres ont une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes surtout depuis depuis le 10ème étage où nous nous trouvions. Les appartements possèdent une vaste terrasse. L'appartement est luxueux, avec cheminée à gaz et le sol des salles de douche est chauffant (très agréable). Cuisine bien équipée, lave linge et sèche linge, fer et table à repasser. Pas de coffre-fort. Des travaux de construction de bâtiments sont en cours de l'autre côté de la rue, derrière la résidence au niveau des appartement des 10ème et 11ème étages, ce qui est pénible car dès 7h00 le matin les gros engins de chantier font du bruit. La résidence aurait pu avoir la courtoisie de prévenir des travaux en cours compte tenu du prix demandé, pour que les voyageurs souhaitant se reposer puissent prévoir un séjour ailleurs. 1er séjour en appartement 1006 qui est en fait un appartement une chambre auquel est ajouté la chambre 1007. L'agencement n'est pas fait pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants car la porte qui sépare l'appartement principal de la chambre supplémentaire est équipé d'un groom qui maintient la porte fermée en permanence. Nous avons du bloquer la porte avec les moyens du bord pour que les enfants ne soient pas enfermés dans leur chambre la nuit (photo). Le mini réfrigérateur de la chambre 1007 n'avait pas été nettoyé, et ne l'a pas été de tout le séjour (photos) malgré le ménage quotidien. Même chose pour des insectes morts pris dans des toiles d'araignées au-dessus de la fenêtre (photo). Appartement au mobilier non entretenu : difficulté à fermer certaines portes du mobilier de cuisine, ouverture du tiroir des poubelles systématique quand on ouvre le lave-vaisselle car le tiroir n'est pas réglé, table usée qui a besoin d'entretien. La chambre 1007 donne directement sur le couloir en face des ascenseurs, elle est donc bruyante. De plus la lumière du couloir rentre par le judas la nuit. Celui de cette chambre n'est plus équipé de fermeture contrairement à celui de la porte principale de l'appartement (photos). Dans la salle de douche, la douche ne ferme plus puisque la porte coulissante a été retirée, il faut faire attention à ne pas mettre d'eau partout. Les placards à vêtements sont d'une taille insuffisante pour des séjours de plusieurs jours. 2ème séjour : Appartement 1010 qui est un vrai appartement 2 chambres. Beaucoup mieux, mais pas de chauffage dans la 2ème chambre. Le ménage n'a jamais été réalisé pendant le séjour de 3 jours et les canapés en cuir sont très usés. Les chambres parentales des 2 appartements sont mansardées par l'escalier qui donnent à l'étage supérieur. Lorsque les personnes qui occupaient l'appartement du dessus rentraient tard le soir, le bruit des pas dans les escaliers s'entend au dessus du lit et réveille les occupants. Une porte est mitoyenne avec l'entrée des appartements situés au-dessus et, à chaque fois, les gens qui occupaient ces appartements ont essayé d'ouvrir la porte. On n'a pas la sensation d'être vraiment chez soi. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent (séjour de 3 nuits) et le personnel en salle très accueillant, compétent et dynamique. Le rapport qualité/prix est au final décevant compte tenu de l'agencement des appartements et du manque d'entretien général des équipements.
