Een hotel in koloniale sfeer dat goed behouden is. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is prima, het ontbijt is goed en voor elk wat wils. Het zwembad is hier en daar wat versleten maar dat doet geen afbreuk aan de hele sfeer van het hotel.

Wij hadden een geweldige tijd in het mooiste hotel van Surabaya. Het ontbijt was groots en heerlijk, zalige massages, top zwembad en prachtige kamers met uitzicht op een schitterende binnentuin. Het personeel is onzettend aardig, behulpzaam en lief! Wij geven 10+.
