Chambre standard de la chaîne Ibis, propre, literie confortable. Personnel sympathique. Chambre bruyante dont la fenêtre ne ferme pas, beaucoup de nuisances sonores jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Petit déjeuner banal et sans grand intérêt.

The entire team works very hard to ensure that we deliver a high standard of service and a warm, memorable experience. Thank you for your insights regarding our buffets, although we lament reading that we weren't able to meet your culinary wishes on this occasion, please rest assured that your comments will be shared with our Chefs to enhance our future guests' dining experiences. We do our best to ensure that the noise levels always stay within the sensible limits so our guests are not disturbed by exterior traffic noise. Sometimes it is impossible to guarantee this as there are going to be moments during the early hours for instance where some traffic noise may be heard from the local municipality services, especially on our lowest road facing floors. We are however happy to know that thankfully we had availability and were able to provide you with alternative accommodation. Once again we thank you for sharing this valuable feedback with us, please rest assured that the information you have provided will be used accordingly to enhance our future guests' experiences among us and we hope you will visit us again in the future. Este es un buen hotel de la cadena Ibis y una buena opción si viajas por trabajo a Nairobi. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, la cama confortable y el servicio de limpieza es bueno. El restaurante es bueno, a precios muy razonables y en un horario bastante amplio. La conexión a internet fue muy buena la mayor parte del tiempo y suficiente para mantener videollamadas. El equipo que labora es muy amable y atento. Creo que lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí. Nada es perfecto y vi dos inconvenientes: 1. la ubicación no es la mejor para caminar pero es fácil pedir un taxi o Uber y 2. el horario de check out es demasiado temprano, 10:30 am.

Camere pulite e funzionali, che anche se non enormi hanno tutto il necessario. Bel bar e ristorante sul tetto, nel Westland che è una zona tranquilla per stare a Nairobi. I controlli di sicurezza all'ingresso danno all'hotel una certa garanzia di sicurezza.

ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel, alles sauber, nettes Personal, eine großartige Dachterrasse und super Restaurant. All Diamond Mitglieder wurden wir vom Manager Thomas persönlich begrüßt, sehr nette Geste Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig, nur das Bad ist etwas klein. Wir hatten hier einen sehr netten und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt waren wir 2 Tage hier ein Tag vor unserer Safari und die Nacht vor unserem Rückflug. Und auch wenn ihr nicht in dem Hotel übernachtet, unbedingt die Dachterrasse besuchen, die ist großartig und das Essen im dazugehörigem Restaurant wirklich sehr lecker!
