Bonjour …..Where to start, I’m still at the hotel looking at the view thinking this is the best view ever, service here on all levels has been excellent from the downstairs check in, check in at the executive lounge, bar, staff that are in the lifts at times always chat, staff outside the hotel always greet you. My husband is a platinum member and we always use Accor hotels and would say this would be one to the best!!! We travel a lot and what a treat it was to come here to stay twice in 2 weeks. I highly recommend this hotel. We had an issue with our wifi which was a nuisance but got that finally sorted on the day of check in. Rooms aren’t cheap but views are fantastic. Thank you Sofitel we will be back next year for sure and we know what room we want 😃merci beaucoup

We stayed here 5 nights after our disembarkation of the @Scenic Eclipse II and our experience was wonderful! We began our checkin with Matthieu at the reception desk who got us into our room several hours before normal checkin time. Nothing was ever a problem with Matthieu! When I saw him a few hours later & asked him if I could check into a better room (for an additional cost) he made it happen smoothly. Our new room had access to Club Millesime and that’s where our experience went up a whole other level when we met Elmo who is the Senior Butler!! He truly took care of us. Asking whether we wanted a wine flight to include ALL the wines they poured to recommending local places to visit such as Watson’s Beach. Elmo is an incredible ambassador of the Sofitel brand and because of him I will continue to explore more of their hotels as we continue embarking on our world explorations.

Nous avons la chance de faire parti des membres accor qui ont accès au salon millesime des hotêls sofitel. Celui de darling harbour est à notre avis le plus beau que nous ayons fréquenté. Il se situe au 35 ème et dernier étage de la tour. Il offre une vue imprenable sur darling harbour (tout comme le champagne bar qui est un peu plus bas). Non seulement ce salon est magnifique, mais le service est digne d'un palace avec son buffet raffiné de canapés qui changent tous les soirs au moment de l'apéro chic. Nous avons été choyés par Elmo tous les soirs ou il travaillait. Le restaurant l'Atelier ou le Champagne bar sont également des lieux trés agréables ou passer un moment ( surtout si vous êtes membre accor plus avec 50% de réduction sur toute la nourriture) Nous avons également une pensée pour Julien qui a été très sympathique avec nous. Trés bel hotel au coeur de sydney.

Hôtel jouissant d'une belle localisation, à proximité d'un parc pour enfant, de restaurants et jyste en face du palais des congrès. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné à tout moment. Buffet très large et varié pour le petit-déjeuner qui pourra satisfaire tous les goûts et les faims. Chambres soignées. Piscine avec superbe vue malgré les travaux actuels à proximité.
