Recepcionista mal preparado. Infelizmente muitos bons profissionais como também o estabelecimento pagam CARO pela má atitude de outros profisionais. Estava sendo atendido, ao checkin, sexta-feira a noite, e fui interrompido por uma multidão de pessoas que chegaram depois de mim (alcoolizadas), recepciosta parou subtamente o meu atendimento para dar a prioridade a eles, isso pela enorme pressão emocional que o fizeram. Reclamei, pontualmente a má pratica, mas infelizmente não houve aceitação adequada como também houve a resposta bastante rude nesse atendimento - lamentei a infelicidade da péssima experiência, e pela noite que gostaria que fosse tranquila. Lembrei que não seria o papel do cliente querer orientar boas práticas a recepcionista com baixa experiencia. Portanto não gostaria de ter a má sorte de voltar lá e experienciar algo semelhante. Obrigado.

Excelente acomodação e educação dos atendentes. Ambientes limpos e organizados e a opção do jantar muito saborosa e completa. No café da manhã apenas uma observação: um laranja passada no suco de laranja. Os demais itens bem frescos e saborosos. Sou fã da rede!

Hotel na rua do aeroporto Afonso Pena, onde a proximidade é o grande diferencial. Pra quem tem voo saindo muito cedo, o hotel é muito prático pois a distância facilita no deslocamento. Hotel econômico onde não existe frigobar no quarto. Existe um lojinha no lobby onde vendem bebidas e alimentos. O check-out também é diferenciado. Você apenas deixa a chave do seu quarto numa caixa e pode sair sem precisar de todo o procedimento tradicional que acontece nos hotéis “comuns”. Quarto com bom tamanho, cama confortável, chuveiro excelente. Tudo o que uma pessoa precisa para descansar com qualidade antes de pegar um vôo..

The location, extremely close to the airport and access to the major highways is what attracted me, and was in fact even better than expected. VERY close to the airport, clean, comfortable and affordable. I needed a place to crash out after driving from the coast of Santa Catarina, before catching one of the first flights out from the CWB Airport, so it was all about convenience. Bull's eye ;)

For only one night I've been to this hotel. I selected it because of the need to be near the airport (advice I give to those who go to Curitiba in a short time). The hotel is located 3 km from the landing area of ​​the airport, which in good traffic, we take a 5-minute drive. I arrived late afternoon and was exceptionally well attended. Staff helpful, polite and friendly. Narrow apartment, with a small bathroom, according to the universal project of the Ibis Budget franchise. Clean and sanitized rooms, windows with anti-noise structure. Common areas featuring a lively, colorful, Ibis-style environment. I did not serve breakfast, but was informed that the daily does not contemplate. I found the value expensive. For everything in just one night, strongly recommend to those who are in transit to the airport
