De entree is mooi en luxe, de kamers zijn dan verouderd als je dit vergelijkt. De badkamer was schimmelig en de fohn was verbrand aan de zijkant. Ontbijt is super!

Ontbijt was super. Bediening was super. Kamers zijn oud, schimmel in de hoek. beloofde koffiezet apparaat niet aanwezig.

Zeer goed hotel. Jammer genoeg zijn we bij het toekomen ons hotel voorbij gelopen toen we op zoek waren naar dit hotel. En dit doordat de vlag gedraaid zat en dus niet te lezen was.. De algemene ervaring in dit hotel was zeer goed. Vriendelijk personeel, propere kamer, lekker ontbijt. Persoonlijk vonden we dat badkamer wel aan de kleine kant. Op het toilet was zeer weinig plaats doordat dit tussen de muur en de douche staat. Maar zeker een hotel om nog eens te logeren en aan te raden aan familie en vrienden!

Compacte kamer , maar wel prijs/kwaliteit oké. Correcte cleaning service. Personeel receptie heel behulpzaam. 2 x maal ontbijt gehad: 2x buffet in orde; wel een beetje teleurgesteld bij het 2de ontbijt : extra bestelling Egg Bénédict onmogelijk omwille van "geen Hollandaise-saus in voorraad"; zoutvaatje leeg, ook op omringende tafels. Bovendien tafel onvolledig gedekt ( geen tassen, koffielepels).

We werden 's morgens vroeg al gastvrij ontvangen. We konden meteen inchecken en onze koffers achterlaten, die we 's middags weer in onze kamer aantroffen. Het is een rustig aandoend hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ook op de dag van vertrek was het geen probleem de koffers acher te laten gedurende de dag.

Uitstekende ligging t.o.v. centrum en stations. Keurige ontvangst en service. Kamer erg klein, onder de maat van een 2 persoonskamer. Bed te klein. Kamer was eigenlijk maar als 1-persoons te gebruiken. Ontbijt erg karig en bediening bij ontbijt ronduit slecht.

De service was uitmuntend. De front desk medewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was fijn, comfortable bed, fijne douche etc. De bediening in het restaurant was ook heel aardig. We komen zeker terug.

Personeel was vriendelijk, ontbijt goed maar de kamer / lobby waren voor mij onder de standaards die ik van Mercure hotels gewend ben. Kamer was ook gehorig, en ondanks dat deze aan de achterzijde van het hotel lag was er erg veel buitenlawaai. Oordopjes op de kamer vind ik geen acceptabele oplossing. De prijs die gevraagd werd vond ik daarom aan de hoge kant

De ontvangst door een receptioniste (ene Katherina) was buitengewoon onvriendelijk. Ze reageerde zeer geïrriteerd op onze vragen. De dagen erna was het overige personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren kleiner en soberder dan verwacht. Locatie hotel is prima, ontbijt wad ook uitstekend. Minpuntje was dat er in het hotel later op de avond geen bar open was.

Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamer was groot genoeg en mooi. Badkamer wel heel klein + deur was aan het beschimmelen en verf was daar aan het afbladeren. Badkamer was dus beetje vies. Het ontbijtbuffet was daarentegen weer een goede ervaring.

Het belangrijkste wat ons is bijgebleven is de vieze vettige lucht in de badkamer - en af en toe in de kamer zelf-, de gedateerde en karige badkamer (het houten schot onder het bad), het abominabele uitzicht en de onverschillige houding van het personeel achter de balie (behalve van de dame die ons incheckte op 29 december!). De locatie is ons inziens de redding van dit hotel. Het zou plezierig zijn als het baliepersoneel binnenkomende/ vertrekkende gasten zou groeten i.p.v. negeren.

De ligging is prima, maar gezien de hoge prijs van de kamers zijn deze echt wel ondermaats. De kamer was erg klein en in de badkamer kon men maar met 1 persoon gelijktijdig in. Het bed was erg goed maar klein. Je kon alles horen wat er in de gang gebeurde en ook wat er in de kamers naast je werd gedaan of verteld. Dus geluidsisolatie was ver onder maats. Bediening, ontbijt en service was wel in orde al mocht er wel wat meer fruit zijn bij het ontbijt. Wij hebben ondanks dit alles een goed verblijf gehad in jullie hotel maar voor mij had de prijs dan nooit meer dan 100 euro mogen zijn per nacht.
