Meilleur emplacement à Constantine, hôtel propre rien à dire, autant que habituer de voyages, je retrouve le staff super amicale et à l'écoute surtout la réception, notamment Nawfel, Malek, Aicha Moumen Doria et Zina , vous êtes les meilleurs, Je recommande vivement

Comment Ibis peut-il encore cautionner cet hôtel sale (des mégots traînent dans les couloirs, les dessous de lits ne sont pas nettoyés), abandonné (pas de savon, pas de papiert toilette, pas de personnel...), invivable (plus de flexible de douche...). Ajoutons qu'on est renvoyé sur le novotel jouxtant qui manque de tout ! Une honte pour son ancien propriétaire. Les employés restants font leur possible, il faut leur accorder cela.

Stayed in an Accor property after a long time (Covid...). My status is gone, and I am lowly Classique. Very polite and friendly front desk. However room is very small. No fridge, and no arrangement for coffee in my room. No amenities in the shower. Soap dispenser empty :(. Only two towels and no hand towels. Facilities are sub-par compared to unbranded local 3* properties even in south (Ghardaia, El Oued). Don't recommend this property.

Stayed here during our recent trip to Algeria and was very happy with the experience. The hotel is very clean and smart, and in an ideal location, right in the heart of Constantine. We made the most of the bar each night, either in the Ibis or next door in the adjoining Novotel. The rooms are comfortable enough for a budget hotel, although the curtain in our room needed repairing. We had a buffet breakfast each morning which was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite, so I would recommend this place if visiting wonderful Constantine.

This hotel has a great location that is convenient to markets and restaurants. It is a little worn out and room service was questionable. The room did not have a trash can when I checked in and I had to make a request for one. They first delivered the trash can and a few hours later, they delivered the trash can liner. The room also came with only 2 large towels, one of them I had to use as a shower mat. I would have expected some hand or face towels. The safe also did not work, it required numerous visits over several hours to get fixed. The front desk was very efficient for check in and check out but was not that helpful in providing directions-- I chalk this up to probably a language issue, I only spoke English.
