« goed hotel maar met zeer luide muziek. »

Ik ben erg tevreden over het hotel, de bijhorende restaurants en cocktail bar. De kames waren aangenaam en werden op tijd opgeruimd. Het enige nadeel vond ik de luide muziek in de lobby en in het restaurant.

Ontvangst in hotel is prima. Kamers verdienen wel enige aandacht. Vuile kitranden in badkamer, toilet met vlekken aan buitenkant. Lampen ontbraken in de kamer, bedden echter prima. Conclusie: kamers...zeer matig. Executive floor: correcte bediening en service. Scarlett restaurant, goede bediening, voldoende keuze in gerechten.

vriendelijk personeel maar toch wat opmerkingen: - karig met de (kleine) handdoeken en douchegel. Deze werden niet aangevuld. De 1ste dag wel over gebeld en dan wordt het wel gebracht maar helaas de volgende dagen niet meer. dit vind ik het ergste: ik ben ruim een week weer thuis en krijg binnen 1 week 2x een mail om een enquête in te vullen. Dat doe ik met plezier. Maar Pullman heeft nog steeds de borg op mijn creditcard niet verwijderd, deze staat nog steeds op reservering. Ik ben zo dom geweest om de receptionist te geloven: hij heeft gezegd dat het in orde zou zijn. Dus bij deze hotel Pullman: haal de borg svp van mijn creditcard af. Ik word er nerveus van dat er nog zo'n groot bedrag gereserveerd staat terwijl ik niets gebruikt heb en de kamer netjes achtergelaten heb!!

Personeel is opvallend aardig. Wij werken voor Air France KLM. Bij het uit checken was er een misverstand over de kamerprijs. Ik had de prijs die ons was aangeboden voorgesteld incl ontbijt en ++ inclusief. De shiftleader achter de receptie vond de correspondentie van de reserverings medewerker ook niet duidelijk maar deed niets aan de prijs. Het was jammer dat wij op deze wijze het hotel moesten verlaten. Het verblijf was zoals voorheen erg aangenaam geweest.

Super! We waren hier vorige jaar ook al tijdens onze vakantie! Het hele concept spreekt ons zeer aan! Enige tip! Als jullie bij de receptie vertellen dat de skybar open is tot 1 uur is het jammer dat wanneer je om 00:15 binnen komt je direct te horen krijgt dat ze al bijna gaan sluiten en je nog max 1 drankje mag bestellen. Om 00:30 zijn alle rekeningen al uitgedeeld en om 00:55 staan alle lampen vol aan waardoor je direct weggaat. Dat gaf een beetje een opgejaagd gevoel in een heel relaxt hotel:)

Dit was onze 2e keer in het Pullman G Hotel in Bangkok. Het is een heerlijk hotel. Mag op sommige punten wel iets opgeknapt worden. Maar de entree en de kamers zijn subliem!

Al jaren logeren wij in dit hotel, voorheen Sofitel. Het is een buitengewoon comfortabel en smaakvol gedecoreerd hotel met veel faciliteiten. Het top-roof restaurant is indrukwekkend. Wij boeken steeds separaat "Executive Lounge". Helaas moeten we de laatste keren constateren dat deze lounge ook bezocht wordt door andere gasten die het daarbij gebodene beschouwen als een mogelijkheid om voor relatief weinig geld full-board te verkrijgen. Daardoor ontaardt deze service in een "vreetschuur"-sfeer. Ook dienen kledingadviezen te worden doorgevoerd, zoals bij het top-roof restraurant

« Fijn verblijf »

Fijn verblijf. Fijne grote kamer en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gym werd echter wel verbouwd tijdens onze aanwezigheid. Daarnaast hadden we het gevoel stipt 10.30 uur weg te moeten van de ontbijttafel.

Bijzonder goed hotel op een prima locatie. De service is uitmuntend en de staff heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan goed eten in het restaurant boven in het hotel, waar je tevens een leuk roof terras hebt.

« We hebben een hele mooie tijd gehad in Bangkok. »

De kamer was prima en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Het personeel in het hotel is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. De bar op de bovenste etage was prachtig. Heerlijk om daar aan het eind van de dag een drankje te drinken.
