Our hotel is specialized in welcoming families and i am glad to notice that yours has been enjoyed to be here. As you said, our car park can seem to be expensive (27€) but as you say, Paris is an expensive city. Our rate is lower than in public car parks. Be sure the whole staff, including Nadège, housekeeper, and Jean Michel, technical manager, do their best to maintain our aged rooms. About the call during the night we are really sorry about that, we have not known why it happened and we really hope you could sleep again. Moreover, about drunk ladies in the corridor we apologize again but we are not responsible for the behaviour of our guests. But of course, feel free to call the reception as soon as you notice it and then we can talk to these guests. I am really sorry if you have not liked the breakfast room. That is true that when the hotel i completely full (like during your stay), this space is a little bit too small and even if our team make our best to satisfy you, some products can be missing on the buffet. After the whole refurbishment of the hotel that will start on next spring, the area will be completely changed to offer you more comfort. But be sure i just sent your comment to Alison, our food and beverage manager, to try to find solutions before the refurbishment. Finally, my colleague Lucie well credited you 2500 points (50€) on a loyalty card but i just realized the mail adress was wrong (iper instead of ieper). You just received a mail to validate it after you next stay in a Accorhotels hotel you will receive it by the post. For your information, the hotel will be completely refurbished from april 2019 ! The carpet of your room was cleaned few days ago because it is used, not dirty. However, you tell me there is blood on the duvet of your kid, i am really sorry about that ! If you are ok, i can create you a loyalty card that can be used in all Accorhotels hotels all over the world (Ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Sofitel...) and credit on it 50€ to apologize. You can book a part of your next booking with this voucher. Finally, i am glad you liked your breakfast experience.
