« Rustig en goed hotel op korte afstand van Luxemburg centrum »

Klantvriendelijk met welkomstdrankjes ontvangen. (Silver status) Ruim opgezette parkeergarage. Hoewel de omgeving volop verbouwd en gebouwd wordt, is de locatie goed te bereiken zowel met de auto als het openbaar vervoer.

Wij hadden een mooie, nog niet zo lang vernieuwde kamer (vermoed ik). Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie en bij het ontbijt. Goed ontbijt. Over de bar en restaurant waren we daarentegen niet zo entousiast.

Bij binnenkomen van de kamer, echt vieze geur, daarna kreeg ik een vlieg te zien in de badkamer. Bij het wassen van mijn handen zag ik haar in de lavabo, douche en op de vloer!!!!( ter info, ik ben kaal).Op De middengang, tussen beide bedden vond ik ook een dode vlieg, en tevens etensresten....De tv kreeg geen signaal, dus geen tv .....en de volgende morgen vond ik een kakkerlak op de vensterbank. Natuurlijk heb ik van dit alles foto's genomen teneinde geloofwaardig te zijn !!!! Daar bovenop sliep ik naast een bouwwerf waar je willen of niet wakker bent om 06.30!!!!

« Zeer slecht. Ik heb een sterke allergie voor honden. »

Ik vroeg bij de receptie of er een kamer was waar geen honden op verbleven waren omdat ik een allergie heb voor honden. Die was er niet. Ik rook het direct toen ik op de kamer kwam. Ben er na een nacht slapen 2 dagen ziek van geweest. Dankuwel MOVOTEL.

De kamer was prima schoon, de bedden en douche heerlijk. Personeel was vriendelijk. Parkeren was wel prijzig en het bord ‘vol’ werkte niet.

We zijn voor de tweede keer in dit hotel geweest. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand voor een bezoek aan de stad Luxemburg. Ook voor uitstapjes in de omgeving is het uitstekend geschikt. De kamers zijn prima en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel goed en het parkeren niet duur.

sympathieke en accurate receptie, prima slaapkamer, badkamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe: o.a. bad in- en uitstappen voldoet niet aan huidige veiligheidsnormen, zagen wij zwarte schimmelrand tussen wastafel en muur???

« Even fijn weekendje weg naar Novotel Kirchberg, Luxembourg »

Verblijf begon wat vervelend met aanwezige wielrenners op vrijdag en het feit dat parkeren slecht mogelijk was. Parkeren in garage en toegang via Novotel Suites was niet echt handig Tot mijn verbazing moest er voor het parkeren ineens betaald worden, hier was niet op gerekend gezien eerdere bezoeken. Dan ga je niet een meer dan 3 dagen in het hotel zitten. Wat zoals gewoonlijk weer overal bovenuit stak was de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staf, het fijne restaurant met de vriendelijke en lieve medewerkers. Je kon zien hoe professioneel de staf was toen er aan mijn bed iets mankeerde of toen de toegang tot de kamer ineens geblokkeerd was en snel een andere kamer beschikbaar werd gemaakt. Zeer prettig allemaal
