Aangename tussenstop. Goede ligging, vriendelijk onthaal, propere kamers. Ontbijt was een minpunt.

« Overpriced amateuristisch »

+ goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, goed restaurant - Niet schoon: algemeen maar met name vlekken in vloerbedekking, gat in dekbed. Douchekraan los, slot op internedeur tussen hotelkamers werkte niet. Provisorische oplossing met een schuifslotje vanuit één kamer wat tevens niet werkte. Het geheel had een zeer amateuristische uitstraling waardoor ik niet snel meer zal kiezen voor een Novotel.

« Ons voorkeuradres voor een bezoek aan Luxemburg stad »

Wij bezoeken Luxemburg stad op regelmatige basis en boeken dan het hotel systematisch. Prima ligging, dicht bij de bruisende activiteiten van Kirchberg en met de tram ben je heel snel in het centrum. Zeer persoonlijk en bereidwillig personeel. Het hotelrestaurant kan ons ook altijd bekoren.

« Fijn hotel om te verblijven »

Alhoewel ik maar kort in dit hotel heb verbleven,. was het een zeer goede ervaring. De executive room voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, schoon en ruim en goede faciliteiten (minibar, koffie/thee en wifi) Ontvangst ook goed en professioneel. De online incheck service werkt erg goed en ook de snelle check out is erg prettig.

Het hotel is ruim opgezet. Er is een fitness aanwezig. Ook is er een eigen parking tegen een acceptabel tarief. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is best ruim en het bed is uitstekend.

Klantvriendelijk met welkomstdrankjes ontvangen. (Silver status) Ruim opgezette parkeergarage. Hoewel de omgeving volop verbouwd en gebouwd wordt, is de locatie goed te bereiken zowel met de auto als het openbaar vervoer.
