Een groot pluspunt is het uitgebreide ontbijt dat reeds vanaf 6 uur ter beschikking staat ( in tegenstelling tot andere hotels). Een minpunt:nachtelijk lawaai in de aangrenzende kamer.Zeer geluidsgevoelig door scheidingsdeur tussen de kamers.

prima hotel, parking voor het hotel een minpuntje. Het teken gaf aan dat er plaats was, maar dat was niet zo. dan moet je eerst naar de receptie om een uitrij kaart te halen en dan naar de parkeergarage, waar je alleen de lift kunt gebruiken als je een extra kaartje hebt. Niet zo handig als je met een gescheurde enkelband loopt! Prima ontbijtbuffet, kamer wel lawaaiige door bouwactiviteiten buiten.

« nette kamer maar gehorig »

Kamer was netjes, maar erg gehorig doordat deze met een deur verbonden was met de kamer ernaast. Ik kon de mensen in die kamer letterlijk verstaan, muziek horen, etc. Dit was erg vervelend. Ik heb dit ook aan de balie laten weten die het zou uitzoeken (of de deur aan de andere kant wel dicht zat) maar daar heb ik niets meer van gehoord. Ontbijt en personeel waren goed.

Redelijk, garage wat onhandig buitenom bereikbaar. Midden in de nacht last van andere gasten die het nodig vonden hard te praten en te lachen op de gang, dit bleef maar doorgaan ook nadat wij hadden laten blijken dit niet fijn te vinden

In tegenstelling tot de vorige keren dat we in dit hotel te gast waren, was de ontvangst deze keer weinig professioneel. Onze (late) reservatie was niet correct gecommuniceerd tussen de collega's van de avond- en de nachtshift en het leek alsof wij absoluut niet verwacht werden. Room-service was volgens de mensen aan de balie ook niet meer mogelijk (het was al na 24u00), terwijl op het menu in de kamer wel degelijk ook "night-snacking" (tussen 24h00 en 06h00) vermeld stond. Ook de kamer zelf leek ons maar vlug vlug "gereed" gemaakt (terwijl men beneden onze reservatie "zocht", misschien?). Naar goede gewoonte was het ontbijt echter wel van zeer goede kwaliteit, maar toch volgde alweer een teleurstelling toen we - eveneens in tegenstelling tot de vorige bezoeken - moesten betalen voor onze parkeerplaats.

« voorzien van alle gemakken »

Verblijf was in het algemeen prima. Er is goed nagedacht over de voorzieningen in de kamer. de aanwezigheid van een een naald met garen is heel goed. De doucht artikelen waren heel goed en compleet tot aan de scheermes en tandenborstel.

de accommodatie was nog steeds ok niettegenstaande de service in de kamers er langzaam op achteruitgaat. elk jaar ietsje minder, geen minibar meer , geen glas wijn meer na 12u00 s'nachts. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijtzaal werd vernieuwd, echter niet in de goede zin. de gezelligheid is er weg.

« Zeer goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel »

Goed hotel met ruime kamers en lekker ontbijt. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Goede fitness. Enkele opmerking betreft het papier in de ontbijtruimte waarin vermeld staat dat 3 min genoeg is om een eitje te koken. Hier moet je geen kokschool voor gedaan hebben om te weten dat dit niet voldoende was dus ik heb verschillende kinderen gezien met een rauw ei die dit dan ook niet hebben opgegeten. InfoPapier naast de eierkoker aanpassen aub.
