The hotel is in good location, but the services are very slow. We got a room that wasn't cleaned properly, we had to call reception to change it. They've also charged twice as I had paid through Expedia. I'm still waiting for a refund. The lady in the reception is very sweet but it's a difficult work for her to manage by herself which makes things very slow. As I booked for a business trip, it was a very challenging stay.

The stay was wonderful, although the hotel was full due to a show in the city. However, the hotel staff was able to make it comfortable for us, managing the flow of services even with the overflow of people in breakfast lounge. The only down side was the check-out, because there were two people from the staff making the check-out, but the lines were disorganized and one of the receptionists made us wait for a long time because she was typing things into the computer instead of helping organize and make the check-out quickly...
