Upgraded room was very spacious ,comfortable, and quiet,bed lush and very easy to sleep Concierges ,and front desk were extremely helpful, and attentive Restaraunt service on one night was disappointing, as we waited over an hour for our main to arrive

The staff at the Pullman are extremely polite and helpful My issues are The lights in the bathroom are poor and badly located making it difficult to apply makeup The executive lounge offerings are very poor and certainly not worth the money to take a guest And my biggest complaint is that rooms are not restocked properly, such as tea, coffee, body lotion etc. you certainly must save $s as I had to call twice to get supplies

Nice Clean hotel with great rooms. Pity about the car park opposite my room and the noise in the early hours of the morning. Not sure where the noise was coming from.
