We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Andrew at the gold club was very friendly and helpful. Our first time staying at a Fairmont property and we were very impressed. Will be back again next time in town.

Very rude waiter at Rosalie’s during breakfast , toilet didn’t flush properly, cheap toilet paper, attempting to charge for wifi and old outdated movies 🎥 on demand .

It was a great experience; the only thing was I asked for a room that had a tub and it was not provided to me. I did only need a single bed but if the tub was not available for single beds, then I should have been told prior to booking.
