Very helpful staff, room cleaned daily so was always nice to return to. Breakfast was amazing and the highlight to starting a busy day.

Dear VITRA, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the ibis Paris Avenue de la République. We are glad that your stay went pretty much well and it's true our location makes this hotel an ideal place to commute to all the highlights this city has to offer. Our rooms are within the required surface and services by the French law as to a 3*** hotel and our fares are just French rates related to the offer and demand in the neighborhood. As to our carpet, i has just recently been cleaned, but we appreciate your feedback. Lastly, we are very sorry we did not remember your name, but there is no way we can know guests' names when they arrive for the first time and even after 2 days they have been here, as you can imagine though we do our best. First off, I absolutely love this neighborhood. The 11th, to me, is the perfect area in Paris to stay. And I’d stay at this Ibis again based on that alone. As far as the hotel itself, it was good. My first floor room was small but comfortable and had a nice view of the neighborhood. Everything worked. There isn’t much luggage storage space but that’s ok. The front desk was a mixed experience. The woman who checked me in was really kind and efficient. But I found the men who worked the front desk to be a bit… unfriendly? Unwelcoming? All in all a good budget hotel in a fantastic part of Paris. As I said, I’d stay again and generally recommend.

No safety box in room, only downside. Because you can’t store your belongings safely.

Hi Alexander, Thank you for sharing your experience with the community, and we accept your remarks as positive feedback to improve our service. The reason why we have the safes downstairs is not because it's not safe to store your valuables in your room, but a concept of these hotels. Do bear in mind that the reception is available 24/7 to keep track of people coming in and out as well as surveillance cameras in all common spaces, so safety is definitely not an issue. very good small hotel in Republique, 5 min walk from the metro stop. Near train stations as well as main turist areas. There are supermarkets, restaurants nearby. Room was small but clean with eveything needed for a short stay.
