The best part: location The not so good: I had stayed in the general rooms and hated them because they are dated with glass walls for the toilets and glass wash basins which are not well designed. This time around, I had an upgraded (newly renovated) room on level 24. There are certainly improvements such as proper walls for the toilet. But, the night light at the room door walkway is hopelessly useless as a night light. I cannot even rely on the toilet light as a night light because it is connected to a hanging light in the room! Given the earlier bad experience, I brought my own night light - something that is unbelievable for the price of a room night here. A minor complaint: no body lotion provided in the room too.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Our first visit to HK and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay in. We received a warm welcome from the taxi arriving. Efficient check in and a great room with a view of the habour and Victoria Park (floor 24). Just around the corner from Causeway Bay MTR station, so it’s easy to get anywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our rate, in the Playt restaurant and there was every cuisine you could want available. The Ebb & Flow bar on the ground floor had a nice chilled out vibe. Thank you for a great stay in Hong Kong.
